Having to pay $30 to check a standard carry-on bag was excessive.
I didn’t like the fact that my connection wasn’t listed until an hour before my departure! Also the flight boarding was not announced until very late and there was not a priority line. I understand that the terminal is under construction and all that, but a little more of organization would be appreciated!
all very well and good service in everything clean thanks
The flight was fine it’s the hotel that I was greatly disappointed by.
Did not like going through immigration in Mexico City
Thank you for the food.
Seats are uncomfortable
The food was terrible
Many delays, the staff was threatened us just by asking and by claiming a better service, it happened to several families on the flight on the desk for check-in
4 hour delay!!!! At least a complementary something would’ve been nice!
No food service in first class; misleading information on connecting flight; very disorganized check in.
You guys suck! I missed my flight and ended up having to buy new round trip tickets, because your ripoff Terms of service apparently say you will delete my flight back without asking me if I miss my flights there - tons of money down the toilet. You guys are the worst
it is responsability of the airline to have ready and safe the equipment or planes. It is no aceptable a delay for lack of maintenance. very bad
Paid $59 Upgraded to F7 so could enjoy the flight in a comfortable seat with a couple of movies - but movie would not play. Staff tried but could not reset. Would have been good if they offered something: another seat, a drink, a refund of price of upgrade. Also made to check a carry on that fit in the carry on size guide. why? I had very important business materials inside that could not afford to lose! Stressful. Aeromexico lost my luggage for 3 or 4 days a few years back on a trip to Oaxaca. As a result, I never check important items. I plan to fly frequently to Mexico & Peru on business. This was my initial flight. Not so good. would like a refund of upgrade. Muchas gracias!
