This hotel is in the perfect location in Mexico City! Close to everything. Rooms are clean the property is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Thank you Ena (Guest Concierge Services) for helping us book a really great tour with our tour guide (Erik Benitz Ceron). Our tour guide Erik picked us ...
The hotel was super clean, rooms were clean and up to par. The food was amazing and the servers were ready to work. I would definitely recommend this hotel.. too bad COVID prohibited us from swimming or working out but definitely an amazing experience
The staff was very helpful during our stay. The hotel does offer shuttle to the airport you just have to arrange it with them. If you need to call the hotel don't use the number ending in 8050 it does not go to the hotel
Great prperty, but not located in the best area in town. Problem is...you may have to eat at the hotel retaurant and is not a cheap one. Moreover, during a crowded holliday weekend service is terrible
The location is fantastic! The staff is wonderful.
Very good location on the Paseo de la Reforma. Good restaurant, good attentive staff, rooms with decent space and amenities. Small shower area and something about the shower door seemed not right to me. But this is a good hotel with comfortable beds and well located
