Everything was very cool staff was nice and well very well maner.

Buscabamos algo centrico y cumplio la expectative. El desayuno es complete, mi hijo contento con los waffles..

We always stay at this hotel when visiting Mexivo City. The location is conveniently located in the most hisorical part of the city with much to see and so many restaurants and bars that is difficult to choose. The hotel is beautiful and breakfast is good. The Staff at this hotel is very friendly and professional. We will always stay here because although you may find cheaper hotels around, the hotel and its staff is best. From this hotel you can hire a cab for $1500-2000 pesos to takr you to the Pyramids and Frida Khalo museam. A whole day of touring 9:00 -1800 for less than $100 dollars.

Very nice people, in the central location. Loved it!

This is a remarkable hotel in an ideal location. The rooms are built around an open plan with a stained glass skylight. All staff are friendly and helpful. The wifi was flawless and fast. The free breakfast is excellent. The Hampton is two blocks from the Zocalo with all of the historic center attractions-- National Palace, Templo Mayor Aztec ruins, Cathedral, various museums. Although the street on which it is located is fairly quiet, there are throngs of people all day and most of the night around the Zocalo, giving this zone the impression of a continuous party. The frequent availability of bargain rates for this hotel is a great benefit.

Great stay, clean room, great staff. Not great breakfast. small gym. good location, near centro historico.

clean, friendly, spoke good English, good breakfast.

This was a great stay in one of most fascinating City! Good location, the personal alway were so helpful.Near to the Zocalo, Palacios Nacional. Great stay!

It was a great stay, great customer service. Valet person was always on time and helped with the luggage.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. Clean room if a little small. WiFi worked great, maybe a little slow but sufficient for our needs. Breakfast included a good variety of cereals, fresh fruit, waffles, and a selection of hot items including eggs and Mexican foods that changed daily. Great rooftop patio to escape from the streets.

This hotel is 3 blocks of the Zocalo. I have stayed there several times and it is a safe place for me. They have two restaurants and the breakfast they offer is wonderful! The rooms are not big but they have all the comfort of this chain. I had problems due to the altitude of Mexico City and I felt very hot, they check the air conditioner to be sure it was working properly and offer a fan to help me. They check back if I needed something more. I would recommend it any day.

Great location, hotel was clean, had a washer/dryer facility and very comfy rooms. Definitely would stay there again.

Only to say, They need a bar on the hotel or maybe some information of nigthlife.

The hotel is really close to the Zocalo, the Cathedral, etc. There are also many good restaurants and a few bars within walking distance. Breakfast was good too.

Good service, close to the main plaza, zocalo, restaurants inside the hotel expensive and not so good

My experience in this gateway vacation it was incredible! The personal from the Hotel it was always ready to help us. The location is just right at the maddle of the Historic Center of Mexico City and 3 short block from The Zocalo. Irma C. Imperial Ca.

This is the third time I have stayed at Hampton Inn, and I have been satisfied each time. As a single, my room was small, but perfectly adequate and most importantly, a quiet refuge from the activity in Mexico City. The staff speak English and are very helpful. They make sure that they either know the taxi, or get you a good deal. I had to run to the airport and they flagged a cab, told him to put on the meter, with a resulting $5 ride. If you take the "official" taxis at the airport, you pay about $28. Only two blocks south of the Zocolo, it is perfect for any Centro Historico sites.

The service was and is perfect. From the manager to house keeping they are gretting you with a great smile and willing to help. The location is the best if you are looking to explore Mexico City and is at the center of everything. The only thing is that I would have a option to book the room as non-smoker. My room was a smoker room and I have allergies, although, I was not in my room all day, I did not mind. Other than that, trip was great

Nice central location without being on the Zocalo, which is a good thing in these days of protest rallies. Easy walking distance to outstanding historic and restaurant/bar venues. Comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The comp breakfast were very good with abundant selection.

The staff is very helpful, very friendly, and will really try to make your stay comfortable. We stayed for ten days. At first, we were put in a very dark room. It had a window but no light came in, which was not ideal. We asked to change rooms and the new room was much better. The breakfast is a Costco breakfast. It is okay. Some other guests seemed to have liked it more. The smell of breakfast permeates the hotel, which can be irritating first thing in the morning, the smell of frying oil is not particularly welcoming as you wake up. The central atrium is beautiful. The location is good. The bathrooms have very poor ventilation. Overall, for the price, it was pretty good. I think that I would rather stay in a smaller, homier place next time, though.
