From the check in to check out. The customer service was amazing!! Came to CDMX on a birthday trip and they surprised me with a little cake and letter in my room. Love how they have 24/7 security and great food. I am definitely returning to this hotel! Very convenient since it’s attached to the airport. You need to stay here!
