Very good hotel- walk bridge to terminal 1 Pleasant staff and service

Pleasantly surprised at clean, modern and convenient the hotel is. If you don't want to eat hotel food, then just walk out into the bustling airport and try new things. This is great so you don't have to risk venturing out and getting lost or worse. My flight was at 6 am so you can imagine why I'd want to be nearby versus catching a taxi at 3 am and havioto wake up at 2am etc etc. I'll be staying here again for sure!

very convinient- top of the line hotel- pleasant staff and superb hoise keeping (ana maria)

Good service close to the airport clean hotel nice people

From the moment we arrived everyone was so nice and attentive. Finding the office from the airport was so easy. We didn't have to wait long for the shuttle maybe 10 minutes since it had just left. Once it did Roberto( I believe) was so helpful and friend. Once arrived at the hotel everyone was so friendly and helpful. As far as the restaurant i would most likely stay away from since the food wasn't great and the waiter could have been more attentive but overall expierence at the hotel was great.

I loved the hotel. Excellent service, large and clean rooms, shuttle to the airport, comfortable beds,

Hotel staff was great. Restaurant staff went above & beyond. Skywalk to airport a plus. Love this hotel.

staff is superb close to the airport - major factor considering traffic in mexico city

From the friendly shuttle driver to the inviting atrium at walk in, this hotel is superb. Alejandra who met me in the reception and checked me in was the sweetest and most (really) professional customer service representative I have encountered in my travels. I was very impressed with the warmth of all the staff. Excellent suggestion by the concierge that led me to book a private tour of the city. The tour guide, Alejandro was so knowledgeable. He was patient, professional and a really nice man. What a wonderful experience. As a solo traveler I felt safe and completely at ease. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

My personal experience was that I was asked if I would mind going to another hotel. At 70'and with a bad knee and having made our reservation over 5 weeks before arrival, I pretty much had a breakdown.

A great place to stay but a little expensive for short night stay

One of the nicest hotels there is ! The staff is wonderful. We were automatically greeted fast and they took out luggage.

Friendly staff, good restaurant overall good experience

The Courtyard provided just what we were looking for. A good overnight before an early flight. There couldn't have been a better location, les than 10 minute walk to the check-in counter.

Easy to find, very new and clean. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when travelling through Mexico City.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. Great staff.

Staff was friendly. Walls we're paper thin. We were asked to keep it down as we were getting our small children to bed.

Very clean, secure, new, and extremely competent and friendly staff! Strongly recommended!!!!!

of flight lay overs. Otherwise I would never bother. IN fact I might never again. Since my usual layover is from six to eight hours or ten at the most, I find this hotel and others like it to be too expensive. Around the block from there is a hotel that charges way less and will even give you a rate for six to eight hours for your layover. IN other words a lay over rate! If Marriot were smart, it would do the same, and then all of its rooms would be full all the time. This marriot, for this reason is kind of a lonely place. Food was good from the restaurant, and there is a smart tv every where you look, if you need to watch the tv every where you walk on your lay over! Again, the only saving grace is the staff. Nice friendly, informative and helpful. I gave it three stars because, well, its a Marriot after all!

The only thing I didn't like was access by automobile from the airport. Maps should be provided to the rental agencies. Valet Parking was a joke.
