Arriving on a Friday night to Terminal 2, no shuttle to the hotel, probably the crazy traffic. I´ve seen them on other trips. Needed to take a taxi. 129mxn. Shuttle to Terminal 1 a breeze the next day. Room quiet and comfortable.

Appreciated upgraded room and restaurant staff friendly and attentive. Bell boys helpful.

My stay was very pleaseant and relaxing. I chose the Hotel for being close to the airport and the free shuttle. Staff was friendly, room clean, and room service on time. Certainly will recommend for anyone that has a early flight and want a convenience to stay in a good hotel with a decent price and close to the airport.

Sola lo usamos para descansar en la noche todo bien cama bien tendida sabamas y cobijas limpias

Everything you can expect from an airport hotel, but shuttle bus takes forever-both to and from the airport.

Love the staff and hotel was impeccable. The front desk was very helpful and the room service was quick and helpful when needed. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Restaurant could offer more authentic food.

Good for one night Noisy but clean room Near by the airport but complicated to get there due road construction

It was good but there was a weird soumd but I couldn't find where it is from in the room.

The Room has a lot of space. The hotel is great, excepto for one thing... Bed Was nooooot comfortable, matress need yo he change.

We were late arriving so it was past midnight. At first I was scared by the neighborhood and wondered where the taxi was taking me. However, the hotel is lovely with a beautiful courtyard, modern furnishings, good bed/linens/pillows.

Going to other parts of Mexico did not realize communication would be so much of a problem in Mexico City. When I checked in Jorge and Adriana helped ease this and made me feel more comfortable. They were my go to people when I had a question or needed something, and always with a smile. Good options for eating and drinking. A nice business center and great shuttle service back and forth to airport.

OK Close to MEX Airport Food & Bar in Hotel Shuttle to MEX

Very convenient location. Slept there for a couple of hours after a long layover. The the shuttle was very convenient and only a short wait. The restaurant's was very good.

It is really clean and staff members are nice. The transportation they offer from the airport is so helpful. Would definitely go back.

The title of my flight out of Mexico City coincided with the Pope's domestic flight to Chiapis, so I needed a place from which I could walk to Terminal 1. Reception staff was overwhelmed but polite and professional. My only complaint is the numbering of the rooms and the division into buildings. Super confusing for a weary travler. Room comfortable and clean. Hallway rugs a bit yucky. Food decent if pricey.

We stayed in our way back to the US coming from Acapulco. Our flight from Acapulco arrived at 9:40 PM and we left the following day at 1 PM.

The stay in the hotel was very good and I will recomend it to my friends

We stayed here on either end of our trip. Close to the airport but very convoluted bus ride to get there. The room was clean and pleasant. There was pool that the kids went in despite the chilly weather. Restaurant food was nice but expensive.

Needed room next to airport for over night lay over. Arrived late 11:20pm but no problem. Hotel had open office at airport to coordinate pick up, transportation and even restaurant buffet open until 1am. Great cordial staff and clean big rooms.

Clean, attentive staff, confortable bed, good shower, acceptable restaurant and great location to reach the airport in minutes with hotel shuttle that also pick you up at the airport.
