Asked for handicap accessible room, and got unpacked and found no grab bar in bathroom for my disabled Dad. valet couldu find my car/keys, first brought me someone else’s car, asked front desk staff for assist getting car, but they were chatting it up with another employee and then answered rudely when I asked her to help the valet who was stuck behind the parking garage arm….. it was a Cluster! And it was 6 am, so not like they were busy. We were in a hurry to get across town for my Dad’s surgery, ended up being late…I hate using Valet, but parking garage elevator broke, so they recommend valet….

It was ok. They are overpriced. I usually book another brand, but due to last minute. Would be nice if the coffee maker worked. We grabbed scalding hot lobby coffee and went to breakfast elsewhere. I think it was going to be $22 per person. I can find better for the same or less elsewhere.

Nice hotel. The pool was closed because of a chemical proble, which was the only reason we went there. So the kids didn’t get to swim, and we just hung out in a hotel room for no reason.
