We were in town for a concert and had a few hours to before the event, so we walked around the Plaza. Found a great bar to have a cocktail and light dinner. It was an extra cost for the parking garage, which is typical in that area. All interactions with staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room, although had no great view, was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel. the only Complaint that the pool the water was not hot enough and the temperature of the pool area was very cold and not enough towels, but in general everything was very good and the staff excellent

We enjoyed our stay. We had issues with the hot water controls and water could be scalding, if you were not careful. We also had persistent issues with the TV and poor connection.

My room was not in order. It wasn't nice to see the toilet bowl not cleaned. Also, the sink was clogged and the water wouldn't drain. I only liked the bed. A very high level. The furniture and interior are also excellent.

Disappointing stay

Check in was not smooth. The person checking me in didn't look like they'd showered in a few days. They also had trouble with the check in process, and at the end of it I had to ask what my room number was. Once I got up to my room, the front desk called me 3 times to confirm I was supposed to be in that room. I had to ask them to stop calling me. The TV kept shutting off when I was watching it, and resetting. The room was FREEZING even though the thermostat was set to 78.

It was nice to be able to see the Plaza lights. The place was very busy, people everywhere. Parking is across the street in a parking garage but they had valet parking so we took advantage of that. Rooms were nice and clean.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool, wasn’t working until I checked out. Room hvac system not working, too hot. Toilet seat old, not in good shape. Caulking around shower coming loose. Room 318. I did get moved to 619 where everything was working well. Breakfast area was ok, not really great. Location was great. Gym was good.
