nice room, nice hotel. Parking is cramped and spendy in this area. This hotel is no exception

The front desk was very comendating & friendly

It is in a great location but they are undergoing renovation so its not a great place to stay. The rooms are tired, tired, tired and dark -- and parking is $26 a night.

The hotel was under construction during my stay. The location is super. Walking distance to The Plaza. The staff was very friendly. My room was nice, the bed was SUPER comfortable and plenty of pillows. The room was FREEZING. I turned it up to 78 and it was still freezing. I finally just turned off the air. I would definitely stay here again. I was traveling by myself and felt very safe here.

Nice location and looked nice.

The room was great. Where it is situated is great. The thermostat would not sufficiently cool the room and we spent most of the night uncomfortable because it was too warm.

I do not like anything. Gangsters inside of the property at 1:00am

.

First the toilet had been used and wasn’t properly flushed. There was a used open bar of soap in the soap dish. The light in the shower wouldn’t stay on. The toilet needed multiple flushes regardless of the use. The panel below the sink in the mini kitchen was falling off. However the room was clean and fresh. The bed linens were white and fresh.

It was located close to my needs and entertainment areas.

This property is great. From the location, the cleanliness and most definitely a very kind and welcoming front desk staff and security. Cant find anything not liked about this hotel.

Not enough elevators. Keurig coffee machine didn’t work. Mattresses and sheets were stained.

I paid for a king bed, and got a queen. For what I had to pay, I should have gotten what I paid for.

I did not care for the $18 a night to use their parking garage,Stains throughout carpet in room, Rust around tub drain, Clicking sound from fan/furnace throughout the night. Very disappointing considering location.

The hotel is in a great location. Probably due to Covid, the hotel was is somewhat of a state of disrepair - Some wall paper was removed in a hallway, one of their elevators wasn't working and the decor wasn't as it has been in the past.

Sheratons never disappoint. We’ve stayed here many times! Perfect location
