This is my second time staying at this property, and it's great! Perfect for a cute/fun night out.I wish there was a tad bit more flexibility on earlier check in times, but I also understand the host's reasoning. 5 out of 5 stars overall. I'm sure we will stay there again!

This was a great place to stay in the heart of Kansas City. The neighborhood is quiet but close to all the major attractions KC has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet, Gilham park nearby is lovely, and theres lots of great food in the area. The house was clean and yard was nice. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking in, which we loved! Our favorite thing was the huge bathroom and the shower.

Good spot

Within a quick drive to all the spots on our list. Was hoping we could walk sometimes, but a little too far for that. Streets were tight, which is the norm in KC, but we did always have a close spot to park. Place was nicely decorated and clean. Had to move rug at front door to open it fully. Missing wine glasses and any plastic or aluminum wrap, but otherwise fully stocked. We ate breakfast and one dinner in during our two night stay. Would recommend extending check out time to at least 11. Nice stay and would recommend.

Easy Overnight

It was perfect for an overnight trip to KC. Quiet neighborhood with a nice area for my morning run. Everything you need/want was a quick 4 minute Uber to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy for Christmas!

This was the perfect apot for our Christmas getaway. We took in the Chiefs game and the short drive to the stadium was great. The home was clean with plenty of room for the four of us. We would go back!

We stayed at this house on our way to and on our way back from WI for Thanksgiving. We had less than 24 hours at the house both stays, but it was perfect. Well decorated and just comfortable. Don’t hesitate … book it!

Cute and cozy bungalow

We enjoyed our stay here. It had a super comfortable foam mattress, nice furniture, lovely decorations, and good supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood is safe and centrally located to attractions and good restaurants in Kansas City and surrounding cities.

Great stay

We came for the Chiefs game. This was the perfect location for a short getaway. This is a very beautiful house. The fencied in backyard was perfect for our dog. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Getaway

This property was very nice and was in a great location. It is near a park so our dogs enjoyed long walks. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was welk stocked with equipment for us to make delicious meals. We would highly recommend it.

Inside is great

The inside is very nice. It was well decorated and stocked. It completely met our needs and the bedrooms was nice. We are not familiar with the area. The neighbors were very nice, however, there are sections nearby that seemed unsafe. The neighbors told us to not walk in one direction (towards Troost) at night. I wouldn’t stay here again with children, but with adults I would. The outside also needed to be maintained better. The inside was perfect.

NFL Draft

I have stayed in several properties over the last month in Kansas City in this by far was the best! Very clean, and a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the parks in downtown definitely will stay there again!
