Our bed sheets were covered with ?small white seeds? insect eggs? Don't really want to know. 100's of them. Gave my wife a massage with massage butter and she wound up like a bun coated with these bits. The front desk attendant, Lex, did comp our room when I gave her a sample. My perfect Valentines night was somewhat lessened.

My room, as always was perfect; however, the elevators to all parking levels were not operational and wouldn’t be for days. I understand things like this will happen, but forced to use “valet” (or walk the ramps with your luggage) 👎. I never like using Valet after years ago our car being slightly damage using valet. That didn’t happen on this occasion, but on this trip I was glad my stay was only one night. Nonetheless, love this hotel and will stay there again and again.

I have stayed at this location many times. The room decor is modern and chic. Was disappointed that the elevators were down to parking garage. The self-parking should have been free due to the inconvenience of walking all the way to main entrance! My child loved the pool as usual. Will return! The restaurant staff could be a little more friendly!

Well for one the light above the shower fell out while my husband was in the shower and hit him in the head. That could of been deadly. Then we moved rooms and there was not heat nor did the room phone work. Moved to another one and final at 12 at night was able to get settled in. Went to breakfast the next morning the milk was curtled. None of the cold food was on ice or anything just on the counter. Also back to the beginning the elevator from the parking garage was not working so you had to walk to the front on the building to get in. The manager working at one point asked if he could take care of his employee and get them their room. They were staying the night cause of a snow storm. Then we he was checking out our last room of the night to make sure the heat worked he said sorry it took so long had to work on close out things for the night. While we sat in a cold room for 30 to 40 minutes. My husband and i were not happy at all. It was not a very enjoyable experience and birthday for my husband due to the hotel and its staff. If i could 0 i would.
