Hotel was nice but not anything special for the price you pay. The amenities are minimal your still paying for everything on the side. The set up of the hotel and parking garage are beyond confusing. Convenience of location is the best thing going for this hotel.

Charges to my account four days after bal was paid

Lady at the front desk mentioned free parking in the parking garage so I moved my vehicle from valet to the parking garage. Checked out on Sunday the 10th and was charged for room at the correct price that I agreed too. Then four days later they tried to run my card for an additional charge of $30 for parking on Thursday the 14th without calling or even warning me. When I called and talked to the manager I was friendly and advised her of what happened and her response after a 32 second hold was “the girl that checked you in said she doesn’t tell people that”. I asked if she had cameras and she said yes, I then asked if she could watch it and she will know the truth and her response at that time it “I do t know if they have audio”. First off I would have no problem paying the charge if it was something that I just assumed or was misunderstanding her about, but that’s not the case! I literally had our parking taken care of and moved because she told us about a free perk with the room and even showed us a picture of how to use the keycard for free parking. Then when I asked the manager why they tried to run my card on Thursday after we had already been charged for everything on Sunday…. She said it was a system issue and they did on audit on Wednesday and realized they hadn’t charged multiple visitors for parking so they decided to just charge them with no warning 4 days later because there system issues!?!? In the business of hospitality, that is not it!!

Ideal stay, all in all. Uses it as a convenient place to stay for an Amtrak excursion. The pool is amazing and all the staff were very nice. Would happily stay here again for another trip or a downtown Crowne Center experience.

I booked 2 rooms. 1 had a musty odor, which im the only one it bothered, and the other smelled fabulous, so i got that one 😁 outside of that everything was perfect. It was a family weekend and the location was perfect with amenities suiting 65 yo to 2 yo. We didn't have to drive anywhere. Street car right by to take us downtown or just walk to the adjoining mall full of specialty shops.at Crown Center. The aquarium, lego land and union station all right there. Now the staff was the absolute best, not one bad attitude, all very cheerful and helpful.

The king-bed room that I reserved on Expedia was unavailable, so the hotel downgraded me to a room with two doubles. Also, the in-room desk chair was not good for my back. I requested an office chair be brought up for the week, and the service staff said they would check into it and never called me back.

Very nice hotel, however, not an overly helpful staff in regards to the amenities. No one explained to us how to access the pool or exercise facility. It was advertised as having a pool bar, which was not the case. No one explained to us to get food/bar service We needed to use the QR code and a $6 delivery fee would be attached. Very disappointing for a Westin.

First of all I was over charged $200 for one night stay, went downstairs to restaurant ordered food to go after an hour of waiting waitress came up to me and told me they are out of shrimps, “OK”! Reorder salad and waited for another 30 min, salad was not tasty, was very disappointed in lots of things, can go on and on..

Amazing location and staff ... but ...

Amazing location (near free KC street car beginning/end). My second time staying at this hotel (because of staff and location). Both times there were lots of noises and flashing lights (fire alarm related). Very hard to enjoy the lovely beds.

Location to other attractions was nice. Parking was very tight and keep your room key when you check out because to exit the garage for the last time, if you don't keep it, you will have to pay to get out of the garage (29 dollars). The pool was much smaller than what appears in the photos. No free breakfast at this price point was very disappointing.
