It took 3 tries to get into a room that wasn't occupied or dirty even though I had been booked for over a month. The elevators only worked half of the time. We were given $60 room service credit for the room inconvenience but they don't even have room service right now. I purchased breakfast for 2 for 2 mornings and only got tickets for one morning. There was a huge piece of broken glass on my patio. For $350 a night, this place was not worth a penny of my money. I was so frustrated with the front desk staff. The pictures only show the nice areas. They don't show the creepy 4th floor that says Sports Deck and you can hardly get an elevator off the floor or the rough looking hot tub. So very disapointed with this expensive property. Will NEVER stay there again.

This is a beautiful hotel that provided a very comfortable stay. The location was great and the employees very helpful with any questions we had.

We stayed in a room that had a magnificent view of the city.

Was able to get a city view and the 18 th floor! It was a wonderful getaway

Close to an event for a grand daughter and we have stayed there before.

Clean, fun and convenient. Went y try o the burlesque style show. It was excellent.

Great place to stay. Great food and shops. Friendly and helpful staff.

Love the rain forest in the lobby. I love the act that it was attached to a mall with plenty of great food choices.

Great customer service experience, very friendly staff

Close proximity to stores, restaurants and places to visit.

We loved staying here. We were sad it was only for one night. Would be a perfect hotel for our kids since it is connected to union station and crown center! Definitely coming back!!

The rooms were nice and we had no issues. We would stay here again.

Very friendly staff and comfortable and clean rooms. Don’t think you should have to pay for parking at a hotel though. They should have free parking for guests. And I didn’t even know I had to pay for parking until checkout. Should have told me up-front.

We had young kids with us during our stay and enjoyed being in such close proximity to Legoland, Kaliedoscope and Union Station. The Crown Center was very convenient and we did not have to walk all over the city to eat. The street car is close if you want to venture out to other areas of KC and is easy to use. Our hotel room was very clean and the check in experience was simple. We did have a child get sick in the middle of the night and had to request new bedding. We called 3 separate times and waited two hours for new bedding and they only brought us two top sheets. Thankfully we had extra blankets with us. Also, the pool was out of towels for 1 1/2 hours while we were at the pool and there was no attendant at the counter, we, as well as many other guests had to walk through the hotel very wet. We did enjoy our stay and time in KC.

I was there for a business trip. The facilities were excellent and clean.
