Hotel and service were excellent. It’s a great location.
being disabled found it very hard to walk the many hallways from the parking garage felt I needed a tour guide to help us fine our room . at 1am had to yelled at people partying in hallway for a half hour . there wasn't, any books with numbers to call for room service or things to do in the area
Everything was great
A very nice hotel. A very friendly staff. But I will NEVER come back here… nor can I recommend it. Why? The check in process was terrible. First of all, there is a 4pm checkin time which is ridiculous. But we made dinner reservations for 515, and then we had a Springsteen concert afterwards. But our room was not ready at 4. It was not ready when we went to dinner. The room was not ready until we were heading to the concert. So we could not freshen up or change clothes. Seriously, how is this possible. Let’s be honest, 4pm is too late of a normal checkin time. But then to not be ready until almost 6pm. Geez. You need to hire more staff. They were overwhelmed. They were friendly but just overwhelmed. This is a high class hotel. The rooms are not cheap. Anyone would expect much much more For our trouble our room should have been comped, but we were not offered anything. So I can’t say this strongly enough. We are very disappointed. We will never come back. And I don’t recommend anyone else to this hotel. That is disappointing to say because they hotel looks very nice. But the checkin process was was beyond terrible.
Loved how everything was close or even connected to the hotel that the kids and I came to do. Location was perfect and the staff fantastic. Just not a fan of the parking. The parking garage wasn’t bad but the spacing in it leaves a lot to be desired for bigger family vehicles. I have a medium size SUV and it was too tight
Great location, lots of amenities close by and inside the hotel. Connected to Union Station etc…perfect KC experience.
It took 3 tries to get into a room that wasn't occupied or dirty even though I had been booked for over a month. The elevators only worked half of the time. We were given $60 room service credit for the room inconvenience but they don't even have room service right now. I purchased breakfast for 2 for 2 mornings and only got tickets for one morning. There was a huge piece of broken glass on my patio. For $350 a night, this place was not worth a penny of my money. I was so frustrated with the front desk staff. The pictures only show the nice areas. They don't show the creepy 4th floor that says Sports Deck and you can hardly get an elevator off the floor or the rough looking hot tub. So very disapointed with this expensive property. Will NEVER stay there again.
This is a beautiful hotel that provided a very comfortable stay. The location was great and the employees very helpful with any questions we had.
We stayed in a room that had a magnificent view of the city.
Was able to get a city view and the 18 th floor! It was a wonderful getaway
Close to an event for a grand daughter and we have stayed there before.
Clean, fun and convenient. Went y try o the burlesque style show. It was excellent.
Great place to stay. Great food and shops. Friendly and helpful staff.
