The staff was very friendly and attentive. The valet staff was excellent. My room was very clean and immaculate every day when I came back from being out. I would stay there again. I felt very safe. The streetcar was 1 block from the hotel. It provided transportation to the River Market and shopping malls.

Check-in was fast. Staff exceptional. Pet accommodations were excellent for my doodle. They provided water bowls, mat, poop bags and informed about walking paths. My only issue was parking. We purchased self parking in the garage but it was always full. We ended up parking on the street our entire stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again, but will not use garage self parking in the future.

Hotel was fine, stayed for one night, before driving home after a late flight. We had dinner reservations for the last seating and checking in for the reservation was a little awkward where it felt like the host was trying to get us to not eat there. More than once they reminded us the last food orders would be taken at 10 and almost didn’t let us check in to our room before being seated, because they weren’t sure we would get done in time to be seated. We were seated and the food was good, just an odd way to start a meal.
