Friendly staff! I also liked the larger fridge so we could get groceries and stay in during the snow. Pool was the smallest I've ever seen and pretty disappointing. The market was handy, but crazy expensive.

I have stayed at this location many times now and feel strongly that it is the best "bang for your buck". Although there is limited staff, they are always courteous and helpful, the rooms and amenities are clean, and the free breakfast bar is well stocked and has good choices. And the location is PERFECT for things to do, places to eat, and proximity to everything within 10 minutes (convention center, Sprint Center, theatres, Crown Center, Plaza, Westport, Brookside, etc)

Everything was amazing. The accommodations, the staff. I am not leaving until 10:00 p.m. on the train and they let me keep my bags there. Amtrak would have been $20 each. I have stayed in the Hilton several times in the past couple years and will be a week in downtown DC in a couple of days. I cannot say more
