Room was clean and staff was great!!! There was a leak in the room above mine and because of that some of my shower calling got wet and came down and I let the front desk know and they immediately got maintenance called and they worked on the issue and even asked if I wanted to move rooms, but I declined because we were leaving the next day. We were still able to use the bathroom and shower. Valet was great and room service was awesome!!! All around stay was great and we will be back.

This building has so much history and the views of the Plaza are spectacular. The room rates are really affordable for such a grand hotel. The staff were friendly.

Room was great! Lobby was amazing! The live music and fireplace really encouraged us to stay at the hotel longer than we thought we would! Only problem was when I checked in, my card was charged for the room at $140, and then the card was charged $100 for incidentals. I had paid for the room through Hotels.com. I am hoping my money will be refunded expediently!
