Helpful staff, reasonable pricing on rate and food.

Like many rooms booked through Orbitz, this room was at the low end of quality. Large crack in marble sink, shower head pulling away from wall. Waiting for the shuttle at the airport I watched other hotel shuttles make two passes while waiting for the Hilton shuttle. I feel I paid full price for a bottom of the barrel room. PROs: It was clean and there were water bottles in the room.

HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND THE DAYTIME STAFF FRIENDLY. EVENING AND NIGHT STAFF NOT SO FRIENDLY. Parking lot gate fobs failed after reported 3X. Room door fob failed and had to be exchanged. Bulbs in bathroom mirror was out as well as the the lamp in the main room. The omelette cook was rude and started my another order of someone who came up and placed their order after mine while I was standing there. Room paneling came off the wall.

Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was decent. Was able to get a good nights sleep which was my main goal.

Booked through Orbitz more than two weeks in advance. Booked an exec suite. Got a call from the hotel the day before saying they were oversold and needed to downsize my reservation to a king room on Hilton Honors floor. They asked if this was ok. I said, "What choice do I have?". Showed up the night of the reservation only to be told I would be "walked down" to a Hilton Garden Inn. I pointed out the phone call above but that did not matter. (They asked, "Do you know who you talked to?". Seriously? The guy called me - I was on a plane about to pull away from the gate - and now it was up to me to prove who called me??? Do you seriously not have a record of this?) They tried to placate me with a free night at the Hilton Garden Inn. Really? Very bad. Very bad. I had a reservation - they downgraded me the day before and then they booted me.

As most Hiltons this hotel was clean and comfortable with internet access and transportation to the airport.

This Hilton Hotel was truly awesome! The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The food at the restaurant was awesome. You get a good amount of food. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again when traveling to St. Louis.

Had dinner at your restaurant, my husband and I thought our dinner ( the salmon). I must say that it was some of the best, if not the best we have ever had. The staff was wonderful and beyond polite. Thank you for having a place for us to park our car, a place that we felt safe. The only reason I gave you a 4 on room comfort is because I have a bad back, and bed was a little hard. Even your van driver for airport shuttle was very personable at 3:45 AM. If needed I will definitely stay with you again. Thank you

For a top flight hotel this one sucks. When you check in they tell you to give them $10.00 per night to park or remove your car. The availability of the internet is limited. You have free access on the weekends but you have to give them more money on the week days. Every thing in the hotel has a charge. Look elsewhere because these folks will charge you for the air your breath if they can get away with it.

Great time from start to finish, the kids had a great time and we will plan to stay again next time we are in the area.

Booked the hotel for transfer to airport thinking it would be cheaper thanark and fly, NOPE! Also our room was 3 rooms away from a very busy noisy bar. Not much sleep for 6am flight departure. Hilton is not a customer friendly company.

We have stayed here before and loved it and decided to come back.

We were not informed at time of reservation or at check-in about the $10.00 parking fee. Not a big deal but we should have been told. also we have come to expect a free breakfast buffet. Your breakfast offering was excellent not certainly not free. Otherwise room was attractive and clean and comfortable.

We had great rooms and our family enjoyed our stay. This stay made our trip a family success.

It is a very nice hotel and well run. Arrived late so I called in advance to let them know and there was no problem when I checked in a t 10:30pm.

I came for one night only and was treated kindly. Everyone was extremely friendly.

Bulbs in bathroom mirror was out as well as the the lamp in the main room. The omelette cook was rude and started my another order of someone who came up and placed their order after mine while I was standing there. Room paneling came off the wall.

awesome hotel!

This Hilton Hotel was truly awesome! The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The food at the restaurant was awesome. You get a good amount of food. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again when traveling to St. Louis.
