Quick 2 night stay, reservation paid in full in advance, only to arrive at 1am (late flight) to have the hotel staffer tell me they were over booked...long story short, the "found" me the King Suite Rm i reserved. Unprofessional comments from said staffer, but i was too tired to confront. Bartender Sunday was great!! Shuttle service was non existent, actually walked from airport and took Uber to on my departure day.
This hotel can be almost run by chatGPT. I need to wait 30 mn to be serve for diner and for the breakfast it was very bad and they are out of stock on every items. When i ask the check i get a pc of paper without letter head and without my name …. Sir this only what i can do ……
The cleaning staff were knocking on doors at 8am waking people up and it was so noisy in the halway the night before. The night check in clear was super unfriendly
I liked that my room was huge. I didn't like that there wasn't an microwave in the room, and I didn't like that I had to ask the receptionist for a TV guide to choose what to watch on TV. Over all though, my stay at the Hilton was very good.
Walking distance from the rental car companies. Shuttle from the airport. Quiet night's sleep.
The location was convenient
Orbitz showed a price of $85 for the stay, but I was charged $119.
It was a short stay but very clean and private
The bathroom didn't have a garbage bag, there was an amount of dust on the lamps and garbage from prior guests.
Place was great, need more staff when it comes to the bar restaurant

its a Hilton property breakfast should be included and parking should be free if im staying on your property why should I have to pay to park
Some of the areas in the hotel hallways in need of refresh. Some wallpaper peeling and stained. The overall fit and finish in the hotel is great, I just thought this should be attended to sometime in the near future. Otherwise a great hotel and staff.
