I loved the fun spot, arcades, putt putt, go karts, all in the same area! Just walk from your room and to place. Great places to eat also. All the fun in one area!

We loved the breakfast buffet, and the Pizza place right on the property. The waterpark was open til 10pm and pizza place was open til 10pm so we could eat late if out doing activities. Housekeeping was very attentive to our needs. Location is central in Branson so we were close to everything. Stayed 5 nights, used the indoor waterpark 3 times. Kids loved it.

There needs to be steps that lead up and down the hill from the indoor pool. The outside pools were not open during our stay like they were supposed to be either.

Beds were hard. During the slow season, they put us in the buildings furthest away from the indoor water park. We have kids- that is the only reason we chose this hotel over all of the many, many choices in Branson in February. It made going to the waterpark very inconvient. They had the rooms closer judging by the few number of cars at the closer buildings. I won't come back here again- the extra hassle wasn't worth it.

Enjoyed the room. Would need a larger room next time. 5 people together was too much. But still comfirstsble. Kids enjoyed the water park. Breakfast was hot and ready Great day at the city. Will go back and bring the family for more fun fun fun.

The best experience Ive ever had!!! This resort has everything. I come to Branson every month and this is by far the best place to stay especially with children. The waterpark is the best as well. Ill never stay anywhere else. The rooms are amazing and fun!!! Very clean and well maintained!

Kids loved the water park. The hotel is older but the room was clean. The bathroom was super small and provided no privacy for getting dressed.

The staff was very helpful. My husband is disabled but couldn't get a handicap room. The did their best to make our stay comfortable. Room was clean and cleaning staff very nice. BUFFET WAS AMAZING.

We've been going there 2-3 times a year for about the last four years now. The family has always enjoyed it. My only minor complaints after so many visits is that the indoor water park is a little on the cool side in the winter and they are occasionally a little slow having the rooms ready at check in time during the busy season. The good times have definetly outweighed the minor inconviences. Well worth the trip and memories. For budget conscious individuals - do the math for the package deals offered by Grand Country versus just booking the room through Orbitz. Sometimes one is better than the other depending on what you are into and how many "extras" you want (i.e. shows, mini golf, etc...)

You literally never have to leave your hotel. The water park comes with the price of the room and there’s also a TON of other things in the same parking lot to do! From great food to go carts to black light mini golf!! This is the place to go if you have kids or you are just a kid at heart!!!

Had a great time clean very nice food was great very happy all the way around about the whole experience

We stayed just one night on our way home from Tulsa and arrived at 4:30 to check in. It took 1 full hour in line to check in!!!! I understand it was spring break, but an hour seems ridiculous and the staff was not very apologetic. Would have given 5 stars if wasn't for that. Stayed in building 3 and was farthest from water park, but we just drove our car over and parked by it since it was pretty chilly. 5 year old loved the little kids area and it was easy to stand back and just watch him play. Room was actually pretty quiet and comfortable considering how busy they are. We brought a sound machine- the thermostat does not allow the fan to run constantly and we needed background noise.

Our stay was so much fun!. There is so much to do at Grand Country and around town. Room was very clean and staff was so friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Water park was so fun, but 1 of the hot tubs was not working. The only problem in our room was the toilet seat was loose. Nothing we couldn't fix. Wish we would of had a choice where our room was on the grounds. That was sort of inconvenient, but quiet We will be back for a future visit.

We were not pleased the minute we arrived. First of all there is only one building attached to the "waterpark" building. Otherwise you have to walk across a lot which doesn't have a nice walkway or anything to get to the waterpark building. Secondly, the rooms are RUN DOWN... the room was "clean" as far as the housekeepers cleaned the run down room. The beds were not that comfortable and the cover had dirty red stuff on it. I already know hotels don't wash that top cover but to have dirty nasty stuff visibly on it... Gross. The parking lot is BUSY. I wouldn't want to walk across it with young children. There are many many many hotels and motels nearby that I would suggest others book over this one. Very disappointed in our accommodations. We avoided the room til we had to sleep since they wouldn't refund our stay and allow us to go elsewhere.

Check in staff was awesome. They make it seem likes it's going to be an awesome experience and it was far from it. The outdoor water park was a joke and so was the indoor and that is of course why we stayed here. It's not bad if your kid is one year old. But if they're about 4 like my oldest, then they're probably not tall enough to ride the one and only slider they have and there's not much else for him to do! The "lazy river" it's just a lazy very little circle. And you HAVE to be in a raft, which is stupid. Compared to coco keys, this place is awful!

Everything was great except our beds they seemed like old wore out mattresses which resulted on our backs hurting every morning.

Chose this place for the fun factor and location. Ate at the buffet, saw comedy show, and enjoyed other aspects of Branson.

The room didn't accommodate the number of people in my family even though it allowed me to book it the room for 5. The water park is run down and the front desk attendant was not friendly.

Great place for kids! Walking from pool to pool is a bit annoying because you basically have to dodge cars in parking lot.

This is a great place for kids because all of the swimming is free, since everything in Branson cost so much. The splash Park is amazing! There's free drinks and snacks after 10 at the fun spot. You get free tea and coffee. I just didn't like the fact that it took nearly an hour to check in but this is a super busy hotel and at night if you don't have to go out, don't because you may not find a parking spot when you get back in. On night 2 we just walked to the splash park all the way from building #3 behind the fun spot and had a pizza delivered from papa John's which was really good and delivered super fast. The rooms are really clean and if you go out, you can have the maids clean your room if needed and they do a good job. The restaurant, the fun spot and mini golf is costly but no different from any other restaurant in Branson.
