Was so excited to take my kids there this week! Although the staff was so accommodating and friendly, the actual property was disappointing. The pools are very small for the amount of rooms/guests. Not enough chairs for half of the people allowed into the pool parts. The beach does not have any sand, completely rocky. The food and drinks were very good on property for a reasonable vacation price. All in all, was overpriced for the stay unfortunately. We won't be back.

We didnt originally plan to stay here, but we drove past the place we had booked and decided to find something nicer. We saw this Stillwater and thought we were dreaming. We booked a night and then a few more. The staff was super accommodating as we messed up our reservations. Our room/condo was fabulous. Clean and welcomimg and comfortable. Sitting on the patio and watching the ducks was so relaxing. 2 of the pools were open. The oasis pool is amazing and the gentleman that was there (sorry i forgot his name!), was friendly and fun. There are water sports and hiking and just all around joy. We came pre-season, so i can only imagine how awesome full season is. We will be back! Also, a special thanks to Trevor and the front desk for all your help to keep us in our room after i messed up the 2nd reservation

Pro: The space was nice and comfy for four people. In the area of the property, they gave two options- pizza/sub or Mexican. They have a bar that was kinda pricey, but pretty good drinks. They offer free shuttles to Silver Dollar city which we liked. There is free parking there but we like that we got dropped off at the entrance instead of having to walk a ton. They did have some pots and pans to cook with. Along with bowls, plates and silverware. They provided a very helpful map of the property Cons: They didn’t have a paper towels or tissues. Parking spaces can be a little tight.

I have been to this place regularly in the past 13 years. It used to be great. The time before this we had a few issues and I thought it was a fluke. Nope......Fireplace did not work. Anytime we wanted it to work we had to call maintenance out to get it relit. If it shut off it would not come back on. jacuzzi tub....same issue. Yes maintenance was very friendly but you shouldn't have to have them in your room anytime you want to use the features that you paid for. Walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear anyone above you and beside you. I'm talking causal conversations, and even when they are going to the bathroom (I'm not talking running water either) Oh and found out Saturday night that the dishwasher didn't work. At that point I gave up and didn't bother calling. When you ask help for tickets they pressure into spending more money to come back. When you tell them you aren't interested they still pressure you. No means no. Used to be a great place to stay, one of my favorites. I won't be back again.

It does warn on their site they do not supply toiletries but there aren’t any stores near to get what you need so if you didn’t pack anything you’ll have a bit of a drive to get something. The toilet in the room above us got clogged and leaked into our room. The maintenance man mopped it up with our towels and left. Had to request the bathroom be cleaned and it still didn’t fully look clean. I’m sure this isn’t a very common experience but it did leave a poor taste. Have had nicer stays at more affordable places.

The place was clean and all of the staff we came into contact with were friendly. The building we stayed in seemed a little older than some of the others but that didnt bother us. Checking in and out were both super easy. We will be returning sometime this summer.

Still Waters was a nice resort but the room was not ready when promised, but they offered a gift certificate to their on-site pizza restaurant as a comp for the long wait. The condo was spacious enough for 5 teenagers and 2 adults.
