Light bulbs burned out in miniature golf so couldn't see to play in the evening. Marina rentals dirty. The whole place needs updating. We had been there years ago and this was not the same place. Disappointed.

Fun family getaway

Good variety of activities (pools, 2 water slides, putt putt, kayaks, aqua cycles, paddle boards) and SDC shuttle was an appreciated benefit! Property is very pretty and peaceful and employees very friendly and helpful. The 2br with kitchen, jacuzzi &patio was well laid out and accompanied 4 adults, 2 teens 1 child well (the Murphy bed in livingroom was a pleasant surprise! 5 star worthy except for a couple cosmetic maintenance issues (painting outside of waterslides). Kids/Grands loved the property and our time together.

Carpets need to be washed.

Everything was great except the room we had the carpet had stains and walking on the floors made your feet black. Everything else was clean though. Staff was nice. Didn't do any of the amenities. I've stayed here before and this is the first time about the floors. I will come back and stay again.

The staff were all so nice! They really made us feel welcome. There was a lot for kids to do there although we did go on a very hot weekend so we didn't stay outside too long. I inlygot a standard hotel type room as there was only 3 of us. Next time, I would definitely upgrade because we could hear our neighbors a little too well. The rooms were clean and modern and the bedding comfortable. We would come back.

It was unfortunate that we had no hot water when we got back from Silver Dollar City at 930pm. I called the resort around 10pm and they sent 2 maintenance workers in about 10 minutes to fix it. They said it would take about an hour to replace the part needed and they could do it right then if we wanted or wait until morning. It was our decision. We had 5 kids that we needed to get to bed so it wasn't going to do us any good to fix it that night and we were checking out at 10am the next morning so we opted to let them fix it after we checked out. So it was inconvenient for us, but they were willing to fix it ASAP late at night so I can't fault them for that. And the 2 maintenance workers were very nice. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay and we plan to come back when we have more time to enjoy all of the amenities there.

We booked our stay through Expedia, and unfortunately, the accommodations we received did not match what was advertised. The listings only displayed rooms with a jacuzzi, lake view, and fireplace. However, our experience fell far short of those expectations. 1. The room did not resemble the advertised photos. 2. The carpet near the bathroom/bedroom had a large, crunchy spot that appeared unclean. 3. The room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. 4. The main door had visible gaps at both the top and bottom, which allowed insects to enter the room in the evenings. 5. We were promised a fireplace and a lake view, but our room included neither. 6. The televisions were outdated compared to the images shown online, and the bedroom TV emitted a constant humming sound. None of the TVs were smart TVs, despite modern listings suggesting otherwise. While the property grounds appeared well maintained and offered activities for children, we did not use them. The on-site food and drinks were enjoyable. However, early morning leaf blowing created additional frustrations, leaving dirt and debris on our vehicle. Given these issues, we were highly dissatisfied with the accuracy of the booking description and the overall condition of the accommodations. Our stay did not meet expectations, and we would rate the experience 2/5.

Nice property. Family friendly. Love the free amenities at the marina. They have a game room and three pools total. Right down the road from silver dollar city and only 13 min from the Branson strip. Room was nice and clean. Easy check in and check out. Definitely plan on returning in the future. My only complaint/suggestion would be that there are no extra locks on the door. Theres a lock in the main doorknob that locks but it unlocks as soon as you turn the handle to leave. This was a minor inconvenience for us due to having a toddler who knows how to open doors. With this being a very family friendly place it could help to put and extra lock at the top of the door to help prevent young kids from accidentally leaving and for an extra layer of security. Otherwise everything was amazing.
