We loved staying here. There where so many things for the kids to do, that was included in your stay. The room was big and I loved how it over looked the lake.

I want to start by saying we had a blast and plan on coming back! The location is beautiful. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful, the room was in great repair and clean. The 6 year old with us loved the mini golf. We were impressed by the game room, grocery store/coffee shop, and the Oasis hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and blankets provided really exceeded our expectations in the quantity and quality. My only concerns are as follows: - the pickup location for mini golf supplies closed early once without explanation - the towels should probably be replaced. They're starting to fray. - the Wi-Fi password didn't work after our first 2 days. - the water during my first shower got cold within 10 minutes. Not sure the source of hot water, but I would advise looking at the options tho ensure guests have hot water for all necessity. - the space directly in front of the stairs was being occupied as a parking spot, but there were faded paint lines as though it is meant to be signified as a non parking spot.

The staff was extremely friendly, and enjoyed my stay overall. Guests are required to take all of the trash in the room to the dumpster before leaving. The sheet that they give you at check in states that all dishes need to be placed in the dishwasher, and it needs to run, before you leave...but my room did not have a dishwasher in it. We used two cups, and just put them in the sink when we left; hoping that would be good enough and that we won't get charged.

Our stay was amazing it was for our Honeymoon. Everything was perfect until we had a preview set at 1p Monday and because we opted not to buy in to the Vacation dream we were given cold shoulder by Chris the rep.

Nice facility. There are no services for house keeping or food. Breakfast was out every day. We changed our own linens and towels. The worker at the towel service on Monday was very rude. The parking was always full for our area with several key spots reserved for staff carts. They could be parked elsewhere.

We upgraded our room, which was newly remodeled. To a 1 bedroom condo because we wanted a view of the lake and the ability to prepare meals.

One of the beds the first day we arrived had not been changed but someone came and changed the sheets. Also the tub would not drain and they had to fix that too. I was disappointed in that we did not have maid service during the week and we had to change the sheets/towels on our own. This detail was never mentioned in the advertisements. Not used to this as we have always used hotels/motels and of course this is done every day. The free package the hotel provided for us with candy/lotion was nice but the lotion gave both my friend and myself a rash that was hard to get rid of. I would stop giving that lotion!

You can tell this property is up and coming still. There is work going on and I think by this time next year it will be even better! The room cleanliness was wonderful! I would have probably given 5 stars if not for the following issues I had. 1. Trying to get roped into a 2 hour presentation for a time share opportunity. I'm trying to relax and enjoy myself for a long weekend. No thanks. 2. Since so much of the resort is on a hill it posed difficulty in trying to load my SUV. I was packing up when a box fell out of my trunk and scattered all over the parking lot. 2 employees on a golf cart looked at me swerved and weaved to around my items and kept going. I was appalled that the 2 young "gentlemen" did not hop out and help me pick the stuff up as it was rolling all over the place and I was clearly struggling!!! 3. I realize it was off season but the Marina could have been open a little later than 5. AND since all of your boats were just sitting there the entire time I was there, maybe reduce the prices so more people may use them.

We had 5 adults staying here to enjoy Branson and some of the water activities. The activities presented by the resort were for kids - small kids. Fortunately, we had our own agenda and it didn't matter. The swimming pools were very cold, but the lake was lovely for swimming and boating. The resort staff could not have been friendlier; however, the condo we had could have been cleaned better. It wasn't terrible, but we found money and dried food on the floor when we arrived. Cobwebs up high where it would be really hard to reach, but there were enough of them we thought they should have been taken care of. But, we had plenty of everything and all we needed was easily accessible.

Great time of relaxing and beautiful pools. Very quiet with wonderful views and plenty to do in the area.

It is like going to summer camp as an adult with the kids.

We LOVED our 2 bedroom Deluxe. We had an awesome view of the lake!! The Murphy bed was a definite plus so my son didn't have to sleep on the couch. The pools are really great. The one closest to our condo had the beach entry. The only complaint I have is the beds and pillows. They were not very comfortable. Other than that 5 stars!!!

There was a lot of construction going on. Probably will be really nice when done. We were "upgraded" to a three bedroom because the one we reserved was sold out. The three bedroom was obviously bigger than the two but very outdated. The two was shown as a newly remodeled room. We will probably try a different place next time but expect this one will be nice once they finish the upgrade.

Hotel location good just had very noisy neighbors and the hotel did nothing about it when we told them. Got very little sleep.

original room small. Got upgrade to 2 bedroom condo for listening to 2 hour RCI property sales pitch. Original room was comparable in size to master bath in condo. Both were clean, reasonably new/modern. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Clean pleasant and accomidating. Very nice environment. Wish weather had been better.

Quiet lodging áway from the tourist traps. Good amenities for a summer stay, and children. Beautiful location for fall.

We really liked this place. It was away from all the busyness of Branson. Would definitely stay here again.
