No breakfast available at Still Waters that i saw. We were placed in a luxury suit but felt like it needed updated. The carts for luggage were needing to be updated. Minimal supplies in condo but had enough since we only stayed two nights. Was very clean and bed was mostly comfortable. Again needed uodated. Televisions would of perferred to have available streaming options. Over stay was good. Gkad for elevators! Very friendly staff

Very noisy adjoining rooms. But that does happen we understood. A lot of dust on decor mainly plants. Could have had an extra trash bag and toilet paper. But overall we love the resort. And will continue to stay. They do need to check their housekeepers. They are doing the bare minimum. Maintenance needs improvements. Gas fireplace worked but emitted a lot of fumes. More than normal. Ceiling fan in living room was rocking and so off balance it scared us.

Had thre days of alarms going off and two nights. I kept calling and they did send someone up each time replacing batteries to have it keep going off. Took me to climb chair to check the large detector to see that one was bad. Called for probably 5/6th time to let them know they were changing wrong detector. They changed battery which I was confused when they said batteries were from 2017 but got my first night since being there a good nights sleep. Could not believe management didn't compensate us in anyway. The maintenance people even said they could hear the beeping outside the door. It was that loud. Thing is also when starting fire in fireplace we would smell fumes and not sure if they have something to take that outside. So we tired not to use but one reason why I got room. They did tell me this room should have celing detector in both rooms with the carbon dioxide detectors which it didnt. Now all that being said it was a nice veiw and room and loved beds which we so soft. Would I stay again I would but make sure alarms have new batteries.
