We may not return.
Very under staffed. The sweet shop often did not have anyone available to check out items, the restaurant, cafe and lounge all had wait times so long that we just gave up and left hotel. When we did wait it was not worth it as the quality of the food was definitely not worth the price. The pool area did not have clean towels and dirty towels were left in stacks. This hotel has always been a favorite, but this last trip was a let down and although we really enjoyed the area and trip, the hotel stay was the only disappointment.

Hotel overall was awesome but, got in late so decided to eat in the hotel dining room. Service was good but the food was a huge disappointment and very overpriced. Bar area was nice and drinks were average but, the bar was very understaffed causing long wait times to be served. Several guests just left due to not being waited on.
