The view was great. A little to far to get to other things. Staff for the most part were nice and friendly only if you ask about something from 5 people you would get 5 different answers so very hard to do things that way.

The hotel is in beautiful area. Some of the food options are pricey. I did joy the stay at the hotel especially during Christmas season.

Great amenities however hotel has gone downhill. Needs a good cleaning. Restaurant is overpriced and they refuse to do substitutes. Example: refused to swap brocolli for poratoes on a dish for my daughter. However they offered to have me buy a side of potatoes for another $8. Lol.

While the decor and furnishings are really date, the pool, movie theatre, proximity to the lake and the view make this place worth the old 1980's funishings and tired decor. In addition, the staff is wonderful - especially the valet team!

Beautiful setting and view! The hotel was nice but not very clean as far as daily cleaning goes in spots. Our room was not swept well at all, bottle caps, Bobby pins, ball still on floor. Indoor pool floor was disgusting. Tennis courts are playable but not well maintained.

The Chateau is a jewel in the Ozark area!!

Should have refrigerators, microwaves at no charge. Getting dated. Still very nice...a favorite with our family. We had four rooms for Thanksgiving.

It was quiet and a great place to relax after a fun day in Branson.

They have a wonderful spa and its just a beautiful resort

The views were stunning from our room. I do feel like for what you pay, the place could be updated. Plenty of amenities. Beautiful pool and grounds.

There were no wash cloths in the bathroom. The property was beautiful.

I have stayed at this property ion the past and was very pleased. This stayed was anything but good. Poorly staffed, non existent cleaning, resort fees for no amenities,

I loved the scenic views. Very peaceful and quite. I didn't love the room because it was not clean.

Rooms, furniture, carpet, decor were dated. Hotel staff were medicore.
