We stayed here for a few days before Christmas and really enjoyed it. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and the staff was nice. Hotel was clean and close to downtown.

When I booked it was a 9.6!! No way! The positives were, great bed, close to everything. Downsides were, dispensers were empty of hand soap and shower wash, toilet wouldn’t shut off after flushing, pubic hair in tub (gross) hand lotion was watered down. I can tell when a room has been cleaned well by looking behind bed, it wasn’t clean. Staff were friendly. We put sign outside door to “not disturb” yet the maids still knocked! Breakfast was your usual. Most likely won’t recommend. Sorry
I like to stay at places that aren’t your usual big chain hotel, this place was cute but I wouldn’t rate it a 9.6 by any means.

The breakfast area was extremely small for the amount of people staying at the hotel. There were people literally standing up to eat. They did have plenty of fruit and beagles that were good. I never recommend eating any hotels sausage and gravy. That is usually processed (fake) food. Not good for you too consume. Other than that, I can't complain. The rooms were clean, it was easy to check in and the rooms were exactly what I reserved online.

We had a great stay. The hotel was so quaint for such a tourist place. The check in assistant was warm, welcoming and friendly. Our room was very clean, and the bed was soooo comfortable. The pillows very fluffy. Given that we weren't expecting a five star hotel, we found the Carriage House to be a great value, safe, clean and well above average. The breakfast was good, warm and with a variety to suit everyone.. Definitely will stay here again.

The room was clean except for one hair in the sink when we arrived. It was cold outside, so the excellent heating in the room was appreciated. The continental breakfast was simple--a little more variety would have been nice. The staff was friendly and efficient.
