Horrible! No water park as advertised! Stayed 3 nights and room was never cleaned, trash taken out or fresh towels. Breakfast….what a joke!!! One broken elevator and maintenance men standing outside our room early, early Sunday morning talking about all the work they thought should get done!!!! Awful!!! Don’t get trapped here, you’re children will be disappointed with only a baby pool and one small light in the night compared to the water park advertised!!!

The charge extra for everything. Pool, continental breakfast, but don't disclose that on website or 3rd party booking. Would've picked a different place if i would've known. There are plenty of places to stay for around same price in Branson that have indoor kids pools that don't charge extra. Also charge so much for a breakfast that was not anything special, it was cheaper for my family of 5 to eat breakfast up the street.

Staff was nice and polite. Room had a smell. Hotel was undergoing remodel. Pool closed down.

Once at check in they gave me rooms that were not cleaned up and far from lobby, terrible advertising towards water park being open and house keeping never made the beds.

Really liked that there was a lot of Lifeguard staff at the waterpark. Didn’t like that I had to give my Photo ID to get towels for waterpark. If they could use a different color for waterpark they would be easy for laundry staff, each room could be supplied with 3 or 4 each day. Front Desk staff was Super! Will definitely stay here again.

The facility looks impressive from the outside, but the interior, all around - rooms, lobby, waterpark - smacked of a mediocre roadside motel. We were there at Thanksgiving, and only two of the four pools were warm enough for an old geezer like me. Kids didn't seem to mind. But it wasn't horrible. The staff was helpful and friendly. Room was like a clean Motel 6. Price was right.

The mattress was so bad, with springs poking us and in such poor condition that we couldn't rest and slept on the twin mattresses on the floor. The restroom smells musky and dirty. And to be honest that coffee maker in the room is meant for one person to have one cup, while the room is obviously setup for a family. Lastly neither of the TV's work in the room. We cut our stay short and checked out early to find a place that is properly cared for.

I thought it was a great price cleanliness incredible waterpark. But odd that there is no complimentary breakfast

The kids loved the waterpark. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

Having the water park inside the hotel was awesome! The hotel rooms with bunk beds I highly recommend to any families with kids. Made huge difference with sharing the room.

The indoor splash is beautiful i will recommend to someone else

The water inside and out was freezing, except for the lazy river which was way warm. The WiFi didn’t work unless you were in the lobby or restaurant. The ice room had a horrible smell.

Check in was super smooth! Younger girl made the process very nice. We booked this property for the water knowing that the reviews mentioned the rooms weren’t the focal point aesthetically speaking. We stayed in the building across the way. Nothing fancy, a little dated. Please just don’t book a value room and expect the Ritz accommodations. If you want more , pay for more and stay in the main building. But this didn’t bother us at all. The few things I didn’t love was that the restaurant closes at random and the free breakfast is over by 9am so you can’t really plan to eat there or sleep in with kids if you wanted to get free breakfast. Thank goodness for pizza delivery and door dash !The water park was perfect!! We had 6 adults and 6 kids ages 14 to 6 months. We all loved it ! The lazy river was a hit for sure - and having both indoor and outdoor options was awesome. The lifeguard staff were vigilant and extremely good at their jobs. Even though check in is at 4, the water park opens at 12 and you can get your wrist bands early to have more time there. Do it !! Totally worth it. There was an older lady at the front desk a couple times and she was less than helpful. Didn’t make eye contact or try to be helpful. Definitely didn’t love her job - I don’t blame her though. I wouldn’t want to do it - it was so busy !! Lol. All in all it was a stress free nice little getaway and I would do it again!

Kids really enjoyed the water park. The restaurant was almost nonexistant. They offered very little choices.

Room was very clean. Hallways had older carpets with some rips. Swimming areas well maintained and lots of fun for the family. Breakfast was average. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The Water Park was essentially the only thing that makes this place worth the money you pay for it. It is clearly understaffed or poorly staffed in the remaining areas of the property.

The only outdoor adult pool was small and set up for volleyball. The lazy river was closed. Pools don’t open until 10:00. Indoor Waterpark lighting was poor.

Where to start. First when i HEAR or READ Atrium I think that rooms surround the waterpark area! NOT! Then the lazy river was broke! Being indoor I would think the regular pool would be a little... just a little warmer than what it was! Since there's no sun to warm you! Also one of the rooms I resesrved, the air froze up at night so HOT AIR was blowing out! Had to turn it off! The other room in the bathroom the water spiget in bathroom would not shut completely so the shower was very weak! Water park was not impressive at all! i'm afraid i wont be back!
