The house was amazing for a large group. Very centrally located. We catered in food and enjoyed being together at the large table. Even the pool was fantastic and it was mid-November!! We are strongly considering making this an annual stay. Thanks!

Another year another great trip! This is the third year we have rented this house. The host always gets back to me when I have questions. The house is amazing!! The whole family loves it. The game room is a hit with kids old and young. Will be back next year Lord willing. God bless and thank you.

Great house! Perfect location for our golf group. The amenities from the kitchen, to the common rooms, to the pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed for our trip. Melissa was super accommodating and helpful. Will definitely come again to this spot when we do our next trip here.

This home is extremely clean, well laid out, and provides plenty of space. Unlike some places we have stayed with our family, this one had ample bathrooms, which really comes in handy when you have children with you. Communication was great, and the location was perfect.

This property was perfect for our family gathering. There were 19 of us with ages ranging from 2 - 74. The lay out of the house having 4 bedroom/bathroom on each floor with king rooms in all but one room which had queen and single bunk beds. Everyone enjoyed the full-size pool, hot tub and game room. The kitchen had plenty of dishes both for adults and children. There was a good assortment of pots and pans and an oversized refrigerator. We would definitely rent this place again and highly recommend it to large families.

Nice place for a large group

The property is clean, the pool is nice, every bedroom has both a king sized bed a private bathroom. Of all the places we've stayed at family reunions over the years, this one was the favorite.

Great house for family reunion

Such an awesome house for a large family! Every one has their own space, but tons of options for being together. Best time ever!
Pool time! Great for little ones with a shallow section that even has umbrella coverage if you like!

Best Stay Ever!

We had 34 family members together and couldn’t have been happier with the house and the pool! So much room and so many little things to make it like home! Extra blankets, games, pool toys, even bath products! And the pool was amazing! We would love to come back!

A magical family week in Branson

This is going to be a long review, because the house was so wonderful. There were 13 adults and 19 grandchildren (32 in all) ranging in age from 1 to 16.--It was clean, the beds were comfortable (the grandkids loved the bunkroom), the air conditioning kept it comfortable, the communication was great (especially once we started texting each other instead of relying on the VRBO ap). ----There were PLENTY of dishes, and with two dishwashers, we decided to use the dishes there (especially the plastic ones which were great for the grandkids) instead of using paper. --The grandkids loved the game room, and played in there when they weren't in the swimming pool or hot tub. The arcade games were a particular hit. --The swimming pool was HUGE (you never can tell from photos, because sometimes people take photographs that make it look larger) and the grandkids loved it, spending hours there. Especially helpful for the adults was the umbrella in the shallow end, so we could sit in the shade while watching kids. The younger grandkids (under 4) also loved hanging around in that shallow end.5) the kitchen was well stocked. We used both sinks, ovens, and dishwashers for every meal! So helpful with 32 people6) The location was so GREAT -- close to everything, especially 10 minutes to Walmart.. We were also able to drive to parks and the various concerts in a short time.All problems that came up were solved as quickly as possible. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

A Place and Management

We had 28 people, ranging from infants to 71, stay on this property. The home is well stocked which was such a pleasant surprise (toilet paper, dishwasher pods, swimming towels, baby gates, two sets of laundry machines, and even several sound machines for the rooms). Every other year, our extended family takes a trip together. We book beach houses, take cruises, hit water parks and historical locations. This year, we chose Branson, Mo. The home was near two different WM Supercenters, outlets, attractions, etc. Every single member of the family said that this home was the best house experience, yet. If you’re on the fence, don’t be - book it! There’s room for everyone. The arcade and game room will entertain your kids and teens when it’s too hot outside. The pool is huge with a large shallow end for toddlers, and the beds are comfortable and plentiful. If we ever choose Branson again, we will definitely book this property. psWhen we first got to the home the upper floors were very warm - almost 80*. We called the manager, and even though she was out of town, she had someone there within the hour!!!! Trust us when we say this property is worth every penny.

Perfect location and thoughtful floorplan

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and location. The floorplan of the cabin was large with plenty of privacy and also large gathering places. Works well for church retreats or large families.

Family Fall Weekend

It’s our 2nd year at the house… everyone loves it! Plenty of fun things to do when in the house, kitchen is stocked with everything need to prepare and serve meals for large group. Would highly recommend, perfect location for all activities!
