We reached our condo after a 8+ hrs drive. After that we wanted to chill, eat. talk and go to bed. Instead, we found that the unit had not been cleaned, recently, We found droppings through out the unit. We called the office without much response. We cleaned the unit with wipes and lysol . After a 2nd call cleaners were sent to the room. No one told them the entire unit needed to be stripped & cleaned. The cleaners were shocked at how dirty the unit was when they saw it. The internet was down 2.5 days (multiple calls). We were credited (1) day's rent for the inconvenience. We also were charged a Cleaning Fee which almost humorous since we had to clean it to sleep there. Never heard from a manager! And our vacation coordinator and concierge were fast to get us off the phone. They didn't seem to be ready for the season to open. Too bad, as we are already looking to come back in the fall.
