This is the 3rd year for us to stay at The Lodge. This has been the perfect spot for us each time. Friendly, welcoming staff, even when we've been a "late check-in". Rooms are consistent, clean and above average. Great location, easy parking. We will be staying there again for next year's event.

This is the place to stay! It’s close to everything, family friendly, clean, quiet (normally sleep with a sound machine, but wasn’t able to bring it and slept great without), very comfortable pillows/bed, and the breakfast is insanely delicious with variety for everyone! The lady at check-in was wonderful! However, a few days later I stood at the front desk waiting for staff (felt like a long time, but probably 2-3 minutes) until I decided to walk away. When I walked past the office two people were in there talking, assuming they were able to see me on the camera waiting at the front desk. Aside from that, great place to stay!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The inside was so beautiful and clean. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. And breakfast every morning was awesome!

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed for a family vacation and had a wonderful experience! Beds were comfy and room was clean. The only negative was the toilet seat would pop off from time to time. I’m assuming it was for cleaning purposes, but it did make it a little interesting a couple of times!

Swing and a Miss on this one....

Hotel is nice, well located, has a friendly staff, and a nice breakfast. While all those things are nice, if you don't sleep well it's all for not. I Only really have 2 complaints. #1, the beds are very firm, and I'm a side sleeper. As i write this currently 2 days out, both of my shoulders are still aching. Really we didn't spend much time at the hotel, so the bed is the most important part of our stay. #2 We have moved into a time when electronics, ie phones, are very important to us, especially when we're out of town, but there was only one free plug in between the beds, and that was a lamp with a plug in on the side of it, with no usb ports. It's been quite a while since I've run into this. There were 2 open outlets at the side of each bed, but no table to put your phone on to charge. It was a nice place, but i can't imagine we'd go back. We chose this hotel because was the highest rated on this app, and we thought we'd give it ago.

It is right next to the strip they have and Silver Dollar City is about 10 minutes away. The rooms were amazing and the staff were so kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was great. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and safe, but not soundproof. Lobby inviting. Fitness center had recumbent bikes which we used. Pool had a scum on the surface, so we did not get in. Plenty of towels in the bathroom, but scant shampoo which was poor quality. A bit pricey
