This is a hotel that's been on "The Strip" for a long time. It is under new, local ownership that has put a lot of time effort and capital into the property. It is very nicely done and just feels like home as soon as you walk in the front door. I was there for four nights and don't have even one complaint and I'm picky. I'll return there for sure the next time I'm in Branson.
This hotel is great! The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. We had a motor coach group and all our clients praised the hotel. The rooms were quiet, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The hotel location is close to many of the attractions our group visited. We had to leave early on the final day and the staff came in and served breakfast 30 minutes early for our group. We will definitely bring our group back!
It's our first time visiting Branson and we loved the stay at the hotel. Very clean and outstanding personnel. Christian took good care of the cleaning of our room and we can tell he was fast, friendly and detailed. The GM , juanita, always with a smile and accessible to our needs. The breakfasts... delicious. As a tourist from Puerto Rico, I highly recommend this hotel.
BEAUTIFUL Hotel, very clean and impeccable. We arrived late at night, Billy at the front desk greeted us, sooo friendly and helpful, what a wonderful employee, certainly loved his job. He greeted us every night when we came in for the night. Great conversation with Billy. We felt right at home. The next day, we decided we didn't need our room attended to, going to be there for several nights, went to front desk to get a few more towels and Housekeeping was right on it, asking of there was anything else we needed. Again, everyone from Front desk to Housekeeping to maintenance on the property EVERYONE was friendly. Comfortable beds, and reasonably priced, and a Nice hot breakfast each morning was a nice start to the morning. We will be back, and hopefully to see Billy and a wonderful place to stay.
Wife and I have stayed at Lodge of the Ozarks two different times now and will continue to stay there when in Branson. Rooms are well maintained and very clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed in hotels that cost almost twice as much that were no better, or not as good, as this place. Also, the breakfast that is included, while not a gourmet meal, was very satisfactory for us. We enjoyed eating our breakfast there.
Our room with 2Q was large and comfortable. Had a problem with the tv remote and the desk sent someone right up. Very fast service. The Lodge serves a nice hot complementary breakfast from 7 to 10. Liked that extra hour as few hotels serve after 9A. The large meeting room and set up was attractive and comfortable. I cannot fault the hotel with anything. They had a nice indoor heated pool. The service was excellent and It is located close to several theaters. The area felt very safe to walk around. .
Beautiful hotel. I took a group of 35 people to Branson for a shopping trip, and the attention to detail provided by the management and staff was amazing. I have to mention Shawnna (? spelling) at the front desk and manager for meeting the bus upon arrival and making our group feel welcome. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. If you have a group going to Branson, contact Renee. Awesome team!!!
We had a wonderful stay at Lodge of the Ozarks! This hotel has been recently redecorated and has brand new beds and furniture. (very comfortable!) Workman were installing brand new siding on the building exterior while we were there as well. Each day of our stay I would see employees cleaning and polishing different areas of the hotel. The breakfast included with the room was an actual buffet, it was wonderful! The staff were always so helpful and courteous. It was just so evident to my family and I that this establishment takes great pride in the services it offers and the appearance and cleanliness of it's entire property! We highly recommend Lodge of the Ozarks!
Where to start? Unexpectedly spent a weekend here when another hotel lost our reservation, and that was a blessing. Staff is very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, both beds and pillows were the best I've experienced at any hotel, and the breakfast was the best ever! The big screen TV was an added bonus. Can't wait to go back!
I booked this hotel online for hotels.com even had to make the change to a reservation without any problem from either one. The room had lots of space the beds were extremely comfortable as where the pillows. We ask for a room with the view not knowing for sure where it's sat on the strip. They gave us room 318 with a view of the ferris wheel and part of the strip which was very nice. The room had a 55 inch screen TV which was great for relaxing late in the evening. There is a fridge in the room, a small coffee maker, a small desk and a sitting chair. There's a dresser under the TV but it only opens on one side for the fridge. The lamp by the bed has a plug-in and a USB port. For this time of the season the shower had great water pressure just be sure to test the water before getting in. There is no fan in the bathroom for the steam, however the air conditioning works great. This hotel is handicap friendly.
