I thought the $15 per night parking charge was totally inappropriate for this area. There were plenty of empty parking lots nearby to facilitate overflow, and for the Branson area, this type of charge is very rare for resorts unless they are right on major thoroughfares. Seemed rather nickel & dimesh for a Marriott resort.

The water pressure was terrible, the thermostat was either on AC or heat, window view was blocked, if the ceiling fan was on medium or hi speed it was going to fall off(Dangerous), Billing for parking is ridiculous. Room was VERY small, little space to put clothes, our door was by the garbage cans. I'm going back to Holiday Inn!!!

Our villa unit was nice but it was on the lower level, actually the entrance was in the basement but there was a walk out patio so it was nice. Be aware that if you’re not a vacation club member you won’t get the nicer unit. Other than that the villa we had was nice. The freezer in the refrigerator wasn’t working and they sent someone over right away. Very clean and nice.

pool was closed, charged for parking when the lot was empty, coffepot was broken & maintenance wouldn't listen to me when i told them what was wrong, bed was right next to entrance door so heard all the noise from the hallway, room was not cleaned only fresh towels provided, bathtub was chipped in 2 places, view from room was of a fence. Would NOT stay there ever again!!

It was a handicap room that soaked the floor when ever we showered. Bed was lumpy. People where very nice. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Wine tasting and love music was nice touch.

This is our favorite resort in Branson. It’s tucked away from hustle of the strip and you truly feel like you’re in the countryside. The staff is top notch as well as the rooms. Look no further for relaxation as this property is it!!

The grounds are beautiful with an amazing outdoor pool with plenty of seating and shade (we didn't use the indoor pool, but looks really nice too). The staff here are incredible--5 stars! They warmly greeted us the second we opened the doors; they were pleasant, professional and genuinely seemed happy for our stay at the property! Very welcoming and it was refreshing in a time where customer service is seriously lacking! Our unit (building 5, second floor, unit 14) seemed dated; needs new carpet (stained in many areas) and a new mattress; the mattress was a king and on both sides had huge sunken in dips (a taco bed with a hump in the middle). Neither of us slept well, in fact, my husband ended up pulling the cushions off the couch to make a bed on the floor. I reported the bed @ check-out the staff said they would've gladly replaced the bed had we reported it and I should've after the first night, but we were only staying for 2-nights on this trip. Otherwise, the location is great, pool is perfect, staff was amazing; over the top customer service, and we enjoyed our stay!
