This beautiful 2-bedroom / 2 bath walk-in (no stairs) is a generous 1239 square foot condominium that is directly across from the activity center. Walk less than two minutes to outdoor pool and tennis courts. Some amenities may not be available at all times. Inquire with owner for details.
Newly remodeled with fresh paint, flooring and fixtures throughout. The spacious living area has brand new furniture including a premium sleeper sofa. Relax and enjoy the flat screen /smart TV with cable or a movie on the DVD player. A lovely kitchen table is the perfect place for making memories. We have some games and a deck of cards to share. Additional games and family friendly movies are available to check out across the driveway at the activity center too. Any time of day is perfect for enjoying the balcony. We love to watch the golfers on the perfectly groomed golf course and the ducks on the beautiful ponds. The view is amazing from the living room and the master suite.
The kitchen just received beautiful granite counter tops and is stocked with everything you should need to prepare a quick snack or a complete meal. Tableware and service, cookware, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot and more are available for your use! SunFest Market is just minutes from our front door and has a lovely selection of fresh produce and a deli as well as Krispy Kreme Donuts, our favorite! If you'd prefer... visit the Clubhouse snack bar or the restaurant Grille on The Greens located on the property by the golf pro shop. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with a Sealy mattress. The view from this room is just beautiful. It also has a full, private bath with a brand new custom tile walk-in shower, flat screen /smart TV and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom also includes a full private bath, pillow-top queen size bed. It also has its own flat screen/smart TV.
This location, nestled quietly off of East Highway 76 on 450 acres in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, is ideally situated away from city traffic, but close to Branson’s famous Highway 76 Strip (10 min away) with entertainment, museums, and fantastic restaurants. The condo is located approximately 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City, and only 5 minutes from Bass Pro and Branson Landing's shopping and dining. Holiday Hills is also near Kanakuk Kamp , School of the Ozarks and Branson Convention Center. Discover waterfront activities, dining, entertainment, and meeting space along beautiful Lake Taneycomo. Hang out at the activity center with pool tables, ping pong, arcade games and snack bar with daily specials (this is fun for the kids rain or shine). You can play Foos Ball, eat ice cream, paint a picture frame during the kids crafting time or can watched a movie in the theater style room all under one roof! Other resort amenities include outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts also just out our door and to the left 1 minute, basketball courts, and we haven't even mentioned lovely places to walk or take a bike rides yet!
