$150 non refundable fee for a pets. This was not mentioned on the phone when we asked if they accept pets. It’s in the fine print on Expedia but I missed it. Had I know we would have picked a different hotel because non refundable for that amount is crazy. That’s a whole nights stay in itself. Trey were not friendly, the people in the market were very rude. There is no Maid service during your stay. The hot tub was barely hot, the jets have to be turned on from a staff member I waited for a half hour after calling for jets and no one came. A random worker knocked on our door at 2 am and when I looked out the window he was speeding off in his maintenance cart. It was very creepy. Pretty expensive hotel not really worth what they offer. They have a pretty cool club house that has an art area an arcade an indoor pool which was supposed to be heated but wasn’t. Paula was very sweet and helpful in that area, they should give her a raise and let her lead a training on basic customer service techniques. 1 out of 10 would not recommend.

The room was in no way what was pictured on the website. Need to update your pictures. I booked based on how nice the rooms looked. Room was very dated, furniture was old and falling apart. Pictures show the room I booked with fireplace and very nice furniture. Not even close!!!! Very dated, dingy and depressing room. We ordered pizza from the restaurant on site, it was burnt and not even edible, we throw it out. Very unhappy with our stay, we will not be back.

Property is nice but too big . That leads to long wait for Housekeeping staff to address any request. Our rooms were also not ready when we arrived at 6pm. I requested coffee refill in the morning and it came later after noon. There is pizza and Starbucks coffee on property. Kids have lot of options to play. I don’t spend much time on the property itself other than visit a nice waterfall on one of its side.

The condo was nice, but not a luxury grade unit. It was advertised as luxury grade on Expedia but it does not meet the expectations for that level. The facility was dated in terms of decor and quality of floors and fixtures. In unit supplies such as dishes and utensils were very sparse. The coffee maker needs to be upgraded to a pod variety option. The marketplace was very understaffed and calling in orders for pickup was difficult. The Ozark Fun House was very overpriced . We owned at his location twenty years ago and nothing much has changed except prices. I probably won’t use this property in the future since it was very overpriced compared to other comparable properties.

Booked through Expedia. It said dog friendly and didn’t mention an additional fee for having a pet! Sure didn’t mention an additional $150 amd it was non-refundable. Also, it was supposed to be non-smoking but people were smoking weed in rooms that joined us! It was terrible! We notified desk and they were supposed to send someone but didn’t to tell them the rooms were nonsmoking! The rooms were nice but obviously don’t enforce no smoking policy.
