Toilet rocked. Shower leaked. Door to bathroom didn't shut or lock. Elevator was really slow. Heater in the room smelled like burning hair. Ac was horribly loud. Breakfast was bare minimum. Eggs, tiny muffins, potatoes. Gravy. No biscuits on either day for us. Parking lot is in disrepair.

We stayed in a king room in a second building. The 2nd building was a good walk to breakfast and hot tub. Hot tub was not usable due to foam/scum present. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had lots of options. Hotel appeared very clean. I did not like being in a separate building. This should be disclosed on website.

The Reception was helpful. The Room smelled and so did the linens. Pillow smelled and so did the sheets and towels. Won't be staying there again. Only good thing is conveniently located to events.
