It was a shame. We have stayed in many Hampton Inn hotels ! But Branson was a big disappointment. The free breakfast was not good. What was the sausage about ? Tasted like cooked plastic. We only ate breakfast there once. But the coffee is always Great

Everything about this hotel was great but for one continuing problem. One must join the "Hilton loyalty club" in order to have wifi in our room. In the future we will stay at Holiday Inn Express or whatever is convenient and have wifi without having to join the Hilton Club.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and well-cared for. Bed was amazing. Breakfast was adequate and fairly good. Overall we had a terrific stay and will definitely be back.

We went to shop it was nice and comfortable. The room was clean and staff was nice. It didn't smell so I don't know what these people was complaining about. I will stay again :-)

Checked in one day early, person that checked us in was excellent, went out of her way to be sure we were taken care of and and got us in the room we had booked for the next two days so we wouldn't have to move. She was fast efficient and was thinking a step ahead. Hotel was quiet a big plus, clean and nice. There was a huge spider in our room we suggested they spray the room when we checked out. I know they will. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was friendly. Wish they would have room service otherwise perfect!

While arriving late at check in at hampton inn everyone was very friendly offering suggestions for shows and restauraunts and even giving us coupons for nearby restauraunts. Room was very clean and pool area. Breakfasts was a a 10/10 experience. I will defenitely stay again.

[...].bad odor in bathroom, not very clean...nice lady did switch us the second day and other room was much better, no smells, and cleanernot really worth the price though

Well we were put into a handicap room right next to the laundry room for the hotel (Where they wash the towells and bedding). Therefore every morning there was noise from the Laundry room. The room had about 6 spiders I had to get rid of. And in the bathroom, whoa where do I start. Very very very poor water pressure, could barely wash soap off of the body. The sink was about to fall off the wall. It looked like someone before us had ripped something off the wall by the toilet, and noone has even fixed it. The hot tub in the pool area was dirty and very low on water.

the breakfast was hot and good, but the room was hot and had staff members in the hall hanging out all the time. The carpet was old and nasty so we walked in our shoes the whole time in our room. The internet was terrible and barley ever worked, barley any hot water, and way to thin of walls. This place was way overpriced for what we got. the only other thing that was good bout the whole place was the bed and location.

Because of availability, had to take mini-suite. Worked out very well as gave us a place to meet with my family also at the hotel.

Excellent Hotel!! As clean as it can get!! Very, very comfortable! Perfect Location. Won't stay anywhere else.

The staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and neat. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms had an air conditioner that did not cool as well as the other room's AC. In addition, the hallway on our floor was hot and stuffy. On a positive note, we did have a stopped-up sink when we arrived, but that was taken care of quickly. I also did not like that we had to go to another floor to get ice. Also, the breakfast was not as extensive as I though it would be. However, the lady who was in charge of preparing and serving brreakfast was very friendly and helpful. Although what was served was OK, I had hoped for some scrambled eggs and bacon at least one of the days we were there. I was also a little disappointed that we were as far away from the theatres as we were. As we drove aorund I saw other hotels that were closer to the entertainment. Having said all that, our stay was not unpleasant, and the price was right.
