My first time visit to Branson with my grand daughter. The hotel was amazing rooms, pool, breakfast and even the game room. We had a blast and it was even close to things we visited. Friendly helpful lady at the front desk. If I’m ever that way again will stay at Comfort Inn after an over 4 hours drive from Jonesboro Ar the bed felt amazing once we finally laid down😁10/10

We stayed with our two young children. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The breakfast was nice. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, and then all the cold things. The pool was great to wear the kids out before bed. We will stay again.

Staff was wonderful. Gripes are - room keys demagnetize and require daily maintenance to keep them working. Caused me to walk outdoor at night with baby two times. Extra walking through the hotel to front counter. Very frustrating. Next - the WIFI - had to reconnect it everyone I left, which required imputing name, room then watching 20 second video everytime I needed WiFi. Very annoying. The the best part, the bathroom design. The toilet seat can not set up fully, drops while going potty, have to hold it up. When doing the business falls on your back. I mean I was extremely disappointed staying at this place for a mid tier hotel in Branson. BEST part is the pool hours! It is open till midnight and the hot tub was wonderful one of the best at a hotel I have used.

I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. Loved the fire and Christmas tree. A very pleasant woman checked us in and there was a smile every time we passed. Our room was clean and comfortable. My grandchildren liked the pool. Plus the location was convenient. We had a nice time.
