Check in was smooth. Management is located about a mile away from the property. The condo was clean and appliances worked. The pillows on the beds are terrible. The bathroom towels were small and thin. Also be aware that all the A/C units are located on the grounds behind the deck and they are noisy. The tourist helicopters fly directly overhead all day, so if you are looking for peace and quiet this is not it. We also lost power for some unknown reason during the day. The pool was nice but got very busy during the day. Overall it was nice but we probably would not return here for the above reasons.

Our vacation experience

The property was nice and clean, and a good space for relaxing. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, although we were disappointed that you only provided one towel and one washcloth for an entire week stay. It didn't make sense for us to do your laundry, so you should at least provide 2-3 kitchen towels and 2-3 kitchen washcloths to be more sanitary. It would have been great if you had considered installing comfort height toilets, as they are not that much more expensive than lower toilets. Just after we arrived, you sent a text saying you wanted to make sure we didn't need anything, so we immediately wrote back to you that a bird had pooped all over two large windows and was making a mess of the deck, but no one even contacted us to clean it up. The doors definitely need some WD40-especially the bedroom door to the left of the kitchen, as well as the ceiling fan in the living room. Note that the jigsaw puzzle is missing 11-1/2 pieces, so you may want to toss that one and get a new one. We are only giving this feedback to improve the place, but we really did enjoy being there. Thank you!
