The hotel is in a great location and offers good value for the price. The rooms were clean, though a bit outdated, but still comfortable overall. One of the best features is how dog‑friendly it is—there are convenient outdoor areas right outside your door, making it easy for pets to get exercise. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. If I were traveling with my dogs again, I would definitely consider staying here. However, if I didn’t have pets with me, I could probably find a better option.

We spent two nights at the Gazebi Inn the end of this week. The inn is old but priced right and very handy to everything in Branson. The rooms were clean. The two double beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not fancy but was adequate. Biscuits and gravy, fresh made waffles and bagels and toast with packaged fruit salad and mandarin oranges. Four types of fruit juice. This may be the best value in Branson. We loved it.

The room didn’t look anything like the photos. The room was tidy but not clean. My friend spilled water on the floor and when she wiped it up the tissue was black. There was a popped water blister on the ceiling above the tub and the paint was all dried and cracked. The bath towels were very small and worn thin. The door frame in the bathroom had a chunk of wood missing from it and patches on the wall with no paint and the continental breakfast was barley edible. I will never make a reservation there again.

The breakfast menu is very limited, no eggs. Difficulty entering & leaving the property because of hilly terrain, also getting in and out of the car because of the terrain unless you are in the 2nd. building. Proximity to many attractions is very convenient.

The bed is sunken in on both sides of the king bed. The hot breakfast had a flavorless “gravy” to put on stale biscuits. They he’d no meat for protein. The safety bar in the bathtub was not attached and pulled out of the wall when I tried to use it to stand up in the tub. The office manager’s response was that the people that stayed there before didn’t say anything and the breakfast was free.
