Wonderful friendly staff, we really enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Only problem was parking. Beautiful location staff was very kind.

Beds looked like t ghat e skirt was just thrown on badly made locked of back entrance. Very inconvenient. I was there with my daughter who is terminally ill with cancer. I had hoped it would of been a wonderful experience for us. Also I did not get a check out bill. Please send this.

The bed was not very comfortable but the hotel compensated for that. The staff were very helpful and the room was very nice otherwise.

Decided to stay the evening and enjoy the nightlife. The Hilton is located in a fantastic location within close proximity to several bars and restaurants. A great stay.

The only problem was that the fire alarm went off at 8:15 am on Sunday morning. Nothing like getting rousted out of bed early and scared to death not knowing what was happening. We were on the fifth floor not knowing if the way was clear to get out. Then finally hearing that it was burned toast in one of the restaraunts inside the hotel.

Very nice hotel. The location on the Landing is very nice with easy access. Our room was very clean. The A/C worked perfectly. We will stay here again.

I wanted to take my husband somewhere overnight for a mini-trip. This hotel is in a great location because it is right on the Landing. We literally walked out the backdoor and stepped onto the Landing. If you're looking for a good location-- I highly recommend this one.

Love this hotel but the room was suppose to be non smoking and reaked of smoke. We were also placed in an owl cove above a bar and heard people yelling all night. Our drunk neighbors came in around 2 am screaming and the thin walls made this stay a true nightmare. I told the front desk woman who offered no compensation and instead asked me why I didn't put in the comments I wanted a normal room. Didn't think I needed to ask for a normal room when I booked a king bed standard room.

We were disappointed after paying almost $200 per night after taxes that they wanted an extra $10 for internet access. The location was great, but I would not stay again.

pleasant stay. room was comfortable and convenient to the old downtown Branson and shopping at the Landing. Staff was friendly and helpful. had to pay parking fees and no carts were available to transport luggage from parking garage. For additional fee valet parking was available, which I would have done, if I had known the lay out and length of walk from car to hotel elevator. I'd give it a 7 on a scale of 1-10.

We choose to stay at the Hilton Promenade on the Landing because we love to go down to the Landing and shop, dine, walk around, etc. The Hotel is in the middle of the Landing which makes it very convenient. The rooms are so clean and the beds are very comfortable. However, what always makes this Hotel the best, in our opinion, is the staff! They are all so kind and friendly! They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and well taken care of your whole trip!

Room was nicely appointed, spacious and clean. Branson Landing area is very nice for walking and is right on the water. Room was on the 2nd floor next to a busy road and next to the railroad station. Noise, especially from the train at 3:10 am was not appreciated. I was also very surprised free wi-fi was not offered by the hotel - except for the very highest levels of Hilton Honors members. One of the few places I've visited recently without free it.

Poor service, no one around, not very helpful, off season by a couple of weeks, full service resturant closed, no cofee found, no valet parking, but still had to pay $10/day. Had to pay $10/day for internet access, never told wifi free in lobby.

This is an adults hotel. It was cool for me and my lady with all the restaurants and few bars on the Landing.

Great location and friendly staff, but my room wasn't clean. You could see glass rings on table and the shower had a lot of mildew and mold. The restaurant and room service had closed for the season the day we arrived. You also have to pay a $10 a day parking fee.

The staff were wonderful and polite. The beds were comfortable. The amenities were also great. Love the location.

Great time staff went out of their way to make us comfortable

Our experience at this hotel was one of the best for our vacation travels. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and very attentive to our needs. The room itself was warm and welcoming and cleaned to perfection every day (a small glitch in towel set up for one day but it was corrected quickly after they were notified). Loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Not much to say except that everything was great. Clean and Comfortable.
