We had what I would call a "block suite". You entered 1 door, then there were 2 additional doors. 1 door was our suite. The other door opened to two additional suites. This meant we heard the door slam 3 times before the other guests even entered the hallway. Our furnace ran the entire time; as it also heated the hallway between the "suite block". I would not stay in another block such as this as it was extremely noisy between multiple slamming doors and the furnace running the ENTIRE stay. I will ensure that we are not booked in this style of suite in the future!
The staff were great. Quick service, knowledgeable and friendly- even if they did loose our car in the valet parking deck. The room was not clean. The ice maker didn’t work and the doors were super loud. This was our second visit. Not as good a stay as last time.
Only stay here when I’m in town. Perfect location and place to stay.
Very friendly and helpful front desk, great location for shopping and old downtown Branson.
The room was dusty Actually the person before us through the message on a miracle to clean it and it was still there The shower door it was leaking so it was bothering everywhere The breakfast buffet is cross the street in another hotel and it was three-quarter empty cold and dry for Hilton very sad
Had a nice room overlooking the fountains at the landing. There was only 1 washcloth in the bathroom. Our breakfast facility was across the street. It would be nice to have coffee available in the lobby on the side of Branson landing- I feel like hotels use Covid as an excuse to not have certain accommodations like pre Covid.
For 300 a night you'd think the shower wouldn't have mold in every corner and 3 calls over several hours could get towels
Our condo had no hot water. We had to go to a condo across the hall to take a shower. We were told that the water heater was in the room next door and they would get it fixed. The next morning we all took cold showers because the issue wasn’t fixed. I mentioned this upon check out and the staff didn’t seem to care.
They said we had a balcony with a view of the landing . We had a balcony with a view of the roof top air conditioning units . Very disappointing. The hallway was dirty and needed vacuumed.
Location is great. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Great location. Staff was very friendly. Room was pretty standard but nice size and layout.
Great location. Beds comfortable and overall very clean!
The Hotel was located right on the landing, very convenient to stores. We did not like the self parking fee of $13.00 a night.
The staff was wonderful They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable
- Drop off area is a little small for busy times and unless you elect to pay for valet parking you must walk outside to get to the garage. + Location is great. Room was good and clean.
