The reason for perplexity... the air conditioning didn’t work, BUT, they made up for the unforseen problem. Thay made sure to make us happy. We WILL stay there again. They went out of their way to make us happy.

The Staff, Breakfast, Happy Hour, Rooms, Observation deck were excellent. The one thing I will ding them on and it isn't thier fault I'm sure is that the area seems to be an attraction for where it is for Drag Racing at all hours of the night. You would think the St Louis Police would have something to say or do but the Hotel is fantastic and so is the Staff.
