The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were having computer problems when we checked in and they kept apologizing for our wait. We understood it wasn't their fault. This was our first stay here and we weren't disappointed! Our room was neat, very clean, and the perfect temperature. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but there is a coffee shop on site with breakfast options. My daughter-in-law had the chorizo burrito and I had a pumpkin scone. They were both delicious and the barrista was very nice. There is secure parking and it was close to the hospital where I had an appointment. I have a couple more future appointments there and I will be booking a room here again for sure! Highly recommend!

Large TV, table with 2 chairs, room for luggage, coffee/tea maker with K- cups, and a mini fridge.
Small, but very nice bathroom. Plenty of towels plus a blow dryer.
Large walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head plus a hand held one, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers wall mounted and all full.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The shower was relaxing. When I made my original booking it was a holiday inn with breakfast. But it had changed hands back in August. The staff was still kind enough to honor that breakfast.

The hotel was really amazing. However, we didn’t check in until 9 p.m. and the gal at the desk appeared to be impaired,and we had to get another card to enter the room and she accompanied us to the room barefoot.

Honestly wish I could’ve stayed here for longer. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend. I hated having to travel to St Louis, but I loved this hotel and it made my trip bearable.
