The Space:
This rental is a 1 BR loft style apartment in a luxury apartment building in the Central West End. The property is across the street from Barnes Jewish and walking distance to Wash U. It is blocks away from great nightlife, restaurants and shopping. The property is very secure with controlled access to the main building and a fob accessed underground garage. The unit is dog friendly and has an on-site dog park in addition to great walking paths in nearby Forest Park. There is an on-site gym with 24 hour access and in-unit stacked washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
Access is a breeze, you will be provided a unique entry code to the building before check-in then pick up the keys and fob from a digital lockbox. The fob will grant you access to the reserved underground parking spot. Check-in and check-out are both self serve so arrive and depart on your own schedule.

The Neighborhood:
The Central West End is brimming with energy and revitalization. There are tons of great shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance along with the famed Forest Park. Home to the St. Louis Zoo and St. Louis Art Museum, the park has tons to offer guests of any age. With the proximity to Barnes Jewish and Wash U this property is also a great fit for patients and academics alike.

- No smoking - $1,000 fee for smoking violation
- We have 3 identical units, please message us if you are interested in booking multiple units at once.

Good but could have been better.

Overall stay was good and only problem with apartment was the large amount of pet hair. While i knew it was a pet friendly location i was disappointed in the amount of pet hair left on floors and carpet. While this was a negative for me i will say apartment is functional and in a great location for access to the hospital. Would stay again but need a vacumn.

Nice place for a couple

The listing is accurate and the hosts were responsive. This particular unit does not have a full wall between the bedroom and TV room so if someone is trying to sleep while someone else watches TV, it can be a problem, though it was not for us as a couple.The check-in process is convoluted and could be described better. Due to a flight delay, we arrived later in the evening making it even worse to find our way around, but we ran into two permanent residents who tried to help us and let us know that several people get lost trying to find this unit. The description in the check-in instructions could simply be more accurate.
