The rooms did not match the advertisement online. Deluxe & Updated: LOL
The carpets were stained horribly, just gross. To shut the bathroom door, you had to get to the tub to shut door. The shower had mold and behind toilet didnt look like it had been cleaned in months. The vanity was so so small you could barely put your comb & brush n toothpaste on it. The bed advertised as comfy, whoever put description on it, had never slept on the bed. I prefer a firmer bed, but, was fine until hubs got in bed and when he turned over, the mattress acted as it had air in it and i just about was spilled onto the nasty floor. 4 nights of misery. My kids were in room across hall, their room was just as bad. Like i said whoever wrote descriptions, got paid well, but, rooms didnt live up to it. Elevators were worn & stunk. Get the fresh coffee as they are making it, when its stronger, cause they water it down 1/2 way, i watched them do it every morning. Like you could read the paper thru it. The good parts were the check in, nice employees, and the breakfast buffet had good choices.
