Staff were wonderful. We had to wait over 5 minutes just to go down in the elevator. The other one wasn’t running. A lot of construction going on, it was very loud. We found a couple hairs in the shower. Completely grossed out.

Carpet needs to be replaced. Nice hotel that just needs a little updating.

Location is nice

We stayed here for the location to the aquarium and were very impressed with the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was better then expected. The pool was average size and could get crowed but glad to see kids enjoying it! The gated parking was nice so you didn't have to worry as much and covered so weather wasn't an issue. There was construction next door for a new stadium but couldn't tell at all. Would defiantly stay here again. Traveled with small children and had no worries about them.

fre garage parking

The breakfast was good with a variety of options, and I really appreciated the drinks and snacks available in the early evening. The 24 hour coffee and soda area was also great. The property is easily accessible from the highway, so it was always easy to get around. The only thing I didn't like is that we weren't told at check-in that we would not have housekeeping during our stay.

To be honest, we arrived at 8:00 pm and left at 6:30 am so we did not have much of an opportunity to check out the facility and/or the property. What little time we were there, was very pleasant; thank you.

Smooth check in nice to have full breakfast again

quiet and comfortable. Wifi was not very good. The check in staff were great. The breakfast lady was not very nice. The key pad on the parking garage was difficult to use at times. Overall a great stay.

Quick check in. Like the free on site parking. Close to Union station .

This was our 3rd stay. Each visit has been consistent with their hospitality and cleanliness.

Hot tub!!!! And breakfast, COVID style. The beds and pillows were super comfortable

There is an issue with the front door not opening automatically. The signage is too wordy and not immediately clear that a key is required to enter. And someone who has not checked in doesn't have a key card anyway! Also the front desk folks seemed uptight. The man who checked me in was difficult to understand through his mask.

This property was extremely full during my stay, yet my room was the quietest room i have ever had! Comfy bed & pillows, too. Very pleased.

Polite and professional staff and the amenities are great!

I like the time in the evening for drinks and mingling.

It was clean and with a great location. The amenities were great. Breakfast was awesome! They only had one elevator working at the time, we were on the 3rd float and we are active people, so it did not bother us too much. Our sink was clogged, I went down to the front desk and they were going to contact maintenance, we were enjoying our complementary drinks when they called to let us know that they were going to move us, not a problem at all. We really did enjoy our stay.

Had a great time only thing I didn’t like was that you guys had 1 working elevator
