Walked in our room and immediately had to call the front desk because it smelled like somebody had chain smoked for the last 48 hours in the room. Staff ran an ozone machine while we were out at a concert, when we came back the room smelled even worse. The rest of the rooms were booked so we couldn’t be moved somewhere else. We ended up just driving home 2.5 hours away after being at a concert all night.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I was very pleased with how courteous everyone was. The hotel is definitely dated and not as clean as I would have hoped (especially based on previous reviews). Bed sheets and towels were clean, but the floors/carpet are very worn, and there were distinct odors in the room and most common areas.
