Most of the staff was not friendly, the girl who I checked out with was the nicest person we encountered. The bathtub was dirty and was clogged. The breakfast area was clean, but the staff wasn’t friendly. The evening happy hour, the staff member was rude. We arrived back at the hotel at 650, while I was walking to the bar area he said sorry you missed it. I said it ends at 7, he said put the bottles up and walked away. The lady who was cleaning the lounge area was listening to music, that is perfectly ok, but I would assume the F word should not be blaring with children present. The location was great, the room itself was clean, the price was affordable, the staff was our only issue. The lady who checked us in when I asked her a question was rude and not helpful.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. They also had popcorn in the lobby and a bunch of other free stuff we had no idea about. The room view was the cherry on top, amazing view of the Ferris wheel.
