We checked in and the front desk clerk was exceptional! He was so kind, he upgraded us to a suite. Gave us two free breakfast tickets because it was my husband's birthday. We walked around the corner to a great restaurant (Scape) ate and walked another block down to a really nice cigar bar. Then we came back to hotel because there was a great band playing in their bar. The entire evening was so fun and the quiet room in the morning was the icing on the cake!

The hotel is very nice and classy. The Tenderloin Room is a good steak house. The Preston is pretentious but not convincing. Trying to cook new American but using too much lard, butter and fat. The side bar is joke when it comes to food. I have eaten in many places around the country and this one is truly mediocre. Much better options available in the Central West End close by.

I have stayed at the Chase Park Plaza many times as my daughter is a college student in the area. This time, however, it was a big disappointment. The suite we stayed in had a huge living space and a very small bedroom with a tiny bathroom. The bathroom was so out of proportion for the rest of the suite it was silly (and hard for even one person to maneuver in. We called for room service on Saturday night and waited an hour before calling to see where it was. We were told it was on its way and would be free of charge because of the delay. We waited another 30 minutes - it never showed up! The bed in the bedroom was horrible - it sagged in the middle like a very old mattress

In St. Louis on business. Stayed at the meetings hotel which turned out quite lovely. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Meeting rooms were nice and easy to find. There were a few restaurants from which to choose. The surprise was finding a 6-movie theatre inside the hotel. How can one not take advantage of that?! Although I'm not a scary movie type of girl, I got talked into seeing "IT". Getting outside for lunch in the courtyard was fantastic and the wait staff was fun and patient as the group grew from 5 to 8 guests. There is a work out center and spa, neither of which I used on my short stay. I can't comment on location as I didn't walk around and cabbed it to other events. I will say the view to the hotel from the airport was lovely. The homes that line the street are old and grand and very fun to see. Hotel's a bit on the pricey side but I believe I got good value.

This was a nice hotel. I just wish they would have had a fridge & microwave in the room.

The room was very small. The bathroom wasn't clean. It was a big disappointment based on the great reviews and the price we paid. Definitely not worth it.

Beautiful room and great location. Very helpful staff.

Love this hotel it really give you the southern hospitality everyone expects from St. Louis Missouri

Convenient location. Very Friendly staff. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Neither of us got much sleep.

Have stayed here 6 times in past 3 years. Consistently beautiful/ great service and excellent location

Most of hotel was very nice. Restaurants in hotel very good. Had meal at Tenderloin that was fantastic. There were good live bands in bar on Fri and Sat. Not thrilled with services at salon - expensive and just ok. Rooms were clean but needed new lamps and bathroom mirror was in terrible shape with water damage. The staff was very quick to supply extra hangers, glasses, etc. I felt very safe at this location and neighborhood. It was great to walk to wonderful restaurants/bars and park. I'd stay there again.

I loved the Chase Park Plaza...I only wish our stay had been extended so that we could have enjoyed going to the cinema and tried out the other restaurant. The staff was incredible...very nice! Huge apartment style suite with 2 desks, 2 Q-size beds, a sitting room and a big bathroom. The walk to the room was long, and involved a couple of sets of short stairs, but this added to the excitement and unusual flavor of the grand old style hotel. Reasonable price too.?

Very comfortable. With parking, multiple restaurants, a movie theatre, a coffee shop, and more, the Chase Plaza had everything we needed to enjoy our visit to STL.

I love this hotel. I had a large room and wonderful meals. My only negative experience was in the parking garage. It was packed and the slots were narrow , I dinged my car on a column. Still the hotel is a treat.

The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Great location, well staffed and very professional. The club level lounge is a really worthwhile upgrade and the staff there is very nice. Unfortunately, the carpet in the hallways was really worn and the balcony at our room was crumbling to the point of me questioning its integrity. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked.

Awesome hotel! Very clean, hotel staff friendly, great location next to Forest park. Amazing pool and fitness area!

Excellent, very spacious. Very to book at orbits than calling the hitel

Our experience at the Chase Park Plaza was wonderful! It started off with a free room upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking the pool area. Throughout our stay we ordered room service, which was wonderful and enjoyed the pool area. The location is perfect to take a morning stroll through Forest Park!
