Hilton St. Louis Downtown at the Arch

For the minute I walked into the hotel, the staff was very warm and friendly. Everyone was very accommodating. It's not a huge hotel, so you feel comfortable and safe.

We switched rooms and found the carpet old and dirty in the second room also. Over our five day stay we did not get a working key card until the final day. It was difficult getting in and out of the garage for my entire stay.

The location of this hotel is what sold me on it. I love staying downtown and it was very close to the Arch. Also, it is an older hotel, so the architecture and ambiance was beautiful. At one time the lobby area had been a bank, so they kept snack treasures in one open safe and small business center in the other one.. The room was kept clean, although they didn't refresh our glasses or coffee pods each day, which I would have preferred. Drawer space could have been better, but was usable for the time I was there. We had a deal that our breakfast was included with our stay and that was wonderful. Omelets, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, all sorts of juices, fruit and breakfast pastries - after eating we were ready to go and explore St Louis.,

Everything was good. We wish the wifi was free and parking was cheaper. Breakfast was pricey, so we ate at Roosters cafe which was really good, but a few blocks away.

Stayed one night in the premier room with a good view of the city (not the Arch). Very nice hotel. Great location. The breakfast was great (part of our package). Self parking across the street, very convenient.

Couldn't have asked for a better location in downtown St Louis. Took the MetroLink from the airport, and the hotel is a very short walk from the station. The Arch and Busch Stadium are short walks as well, as are convenience stores and some great restaurants. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and very helpful, room was very clean, and the lobby is equipped with a bar and nice restaurant on site. Breakfast was good as well. Overall an excellent experience at this Hilton!

Great service, handy for the Arch, comfy rooms. Valet parking excellent

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was 3 blocks from the race starting line. The entire experience was great. I would do it again.

Very friendly staff. Location is great, beautiful walk to the Arch. Will be back for a longer stay.

Great, clean and comfortable room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Louis.

Was able to walk to Busch Stadium the arch, Laclede's Landing and the City Museum all from this location. It was excellent.

We stayed here to get away from home for a bit and to have a staycation. I would like to note that car service is not free. Its $25/night.

Nice location. Close to lots of things. A bit pricey considering you have to pay extra for parking and wifi. Room was right next to elevator so heard noises all night from people. Overall not a bad place to stay.

In town for a weekend, location was decent for all downtown activities, parking across the street was cheap. Rooms were very clean and what I expected to get for the price. More than likely stay at this hotel on ever return trip to the city. Better than any I've stayed at by far. No free breakfast though!

Excellent customer service. Great location. Very nice building. Restaurant bellow 4 Star expectations. A/C in the room very loud and air was blowing straight at the pillows in the bed.

Very positive experience at this hotel we stayed in August

This hotel, which was within walking distance from the football stadium, was very beautiful and clean!

Convenience of downtown parking could not be set up much better. The lobby has a lot of character. Two minor knocks would be the light water pressure in the shower, but that seems to be typical of most mid rise hotels. The Kleenex box was empty at the end of the first day and never replaced even though we set the empty box on top of the dispenser.

Though there might have been a loose fixture or 2 the hotel was in very good condition. The decor was fancy but not too chintzy. Hotel staff was very nice and attentive. The soda machine on my floor even gave out extra sodas per vend.

The hotel is very nice. The staff was friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We were able to book at the last minute, but we did have to pay a premium rate to do so.
