Great place to stay! Other than the noise during the night we loved it! Staff were very friendly, helpful, made sure our room was clean before entering, couldn’t ask for any better!

Despite paying in full in advance, Hilton tried to charge all rooms relating to our wedding party again when they arrived. They invented multiple reservations per name and have now charged a ‘penalty for not showing’ to our family members that stood at the front desk to prove that they had checked in and already had room numbers. This treatment was horrifying, and they’ve told us our only resolve is to argue with our credit companies that they’ve charged. But they gave us a few free drink tickets, so, should we call that even?!?!? DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL.

The staff was very numb to customer issues that may seem mundane to them, but made the overall experience of this hotel stay - a GIANT floppy dolphin dick. I drove 16 hours to this hotel. 16 hours. Aside from stopping for gas or to take a quick pee eye ess ess, it was a sure shot 16 mf’in hours from the East Coast to this hotel. My girlfriend called the front desk while en route to St. Louis to ask about a possible early check in time, as we were destined to arrive on their doorstep sooner than anticipated. Woman at the front desk stated that she had no reservation under my name - though as a preamble, I booked and confirmed my room three weeks prior to the date of stay. I told my gf to verify that the employee had my last name spelled correctly; it has been a common theme in my life to have the pronunciation of it butched throughout the years. My gf spelled my full name for which the reservation was listed under (again - this was all verified three weeks prior as it were, the only thing we were requesting was an early check-in - early by approximately 1.5 hours). The clerk in turn had my last name spelled incorrectly, and then after repeating the correct spelling of it back to me verbatim, I thought to myself “Ahhh Chit, finally we gettin’ somewhere”. But, nah. Homegirl who clearly doesnt even live in 2019 tells my gf (whole convo has been on speaker the whole time - forgot to mention that)- tells my gf : “yeah sorry we still dont show anything under that name”

High ceilings, place was spotless. Check in effortless and fast.

Sub-standard. It just wasn't what I would expect out of Hilton.

Beautiful building, great staff, fantastic bathrooms. Breakfast buffet left much to be desired.

Property is in good downtown location, but view out window was less than spectacular, and one month after checking out of the Hotel I was charged from the hotel a charge that was large enough to spook me and was do on to my bank card without any phone call or notice. Read that again, one month after. I called my bank and they were right on this, but I still cancelled my debit card just to be safe. When I called the hotel itself I was on hold for 20 minutes when they finally figured out the mistake. An apology was made, I will accept that, but the 20 minute hold time, and no phone call when charging my card 1 month after my stay seemed pretty slipshod to me. I stay in downtown St.Louis fairly regularly, my next stay will most likely be elsewhere.

Southern hospitality at its finest, the entire staff was awesome

Super clean hotel. Safe and secure. Great lobby and hotel bar.

Very close to the Gateway Arch Park and easy to get to. However, building is very old and very dated.

You get charged for everything; Wi-Fi, parking, use of the safe are all extra. Staff is A plus though.
