Really cool boutique hotel with original floors and columns from 100 years ago. Remodel is really cool and keeps the old feel. Hospitality is great. Food is so so.

Our room was beautifully furnished and we loved the giant windows that provide great views of the city. The bed was very comfortable. Our shower door wasn’t installed properly so the glass door was banging into the tile when trying to close it and the handle was barely hanging on. Another issue we have with this hotel, we were overcharged for 2 cans of sprite on our credit card during our 1st visit, a couple of months prior to this visit. I called and spoke to someone and they said they would get back to me. They never did. When we showed up for our 2nd visit, I explained the issue to the lady at the desk. She said the manager, (whom was standing next to her on a phone call) would help me with my problem and call my room to discuss, never happened. I was charged 22.44 for 2 cans of sprite and no one wants to deal with it. My advice: pay with cash if you buy anything here. No one seems interested in helping get the charge corrected.

Restaurant and bar were cool, drinks were tasty, food looked delicious, and their staff were great. The rest of the hotel tried for hip, but instead felt vacuous and unwelcoming. Didn’t give off the homey and guest-catering vibe that I look for, so wouldn’t rebook.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Our King- size bed was remarkably comfortable. The only complaint we have is that our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We had to wait 30 min in the lobby even though we arrived an hour after check-in time. We didn’t mind that, but we thought a complimentary drink would have been nice. We ended up buying a drink at the lovely hotel bar. We will stay again if we return to the area.

Room was not ready until 530pm

Great room, beautiful property and the staff was fantastic (also…coffee from the cafe downstairs was amazing!). For the price, We were a bit taken aback that we needed to ask for toiletries, cups and extra sheets for the sofa bed … though they may have been understaffed in the housekeeping department. When we asked, staff brought supplies immediately.

The Last Hotel is conveniently located near the Stifel Theatre. There are plenty of food and drink options available too. Our pup loved it as well

The Hotel is a very historical building made from an old Shoe manufacturing company. The hotel was well put together and the staff was great. I absolutely loved the roof top bar. I will go back just for the roof top.

Lovely stay in a unique historic property. Staff was helpful and friendly; room was spacious and comfortable. Would like to see the addition of room service in the future.

The decor was very neat.

Great service

Overall the hotel was nice. One of the elevators was down. Booked a room that sleeps 4 however and only got pool passes for 3 because “that’s all the room includes” asked about possibly purchasing another pool pass and was told could not do that either and the lady checking us in stated there was nothing she could do about it. What’s the point of getting 3 passes if you have 4 in your party?

The Last Hotel was newer, clean and unique. We learned it had been converted from an old office building, so it didn’t have a typical “hotel feel” to it. The rooftop pool and bar were great. Staff was kind and helpful.

Loved the pool, and the design/decor of the hotel. We had to switch rooms because our first room appeared it was only half clean, still had trash in the trash can, odd spots in the shower. Second room was great, no soap by the sink, and no trash bags in any of the cans. Overall a good experience, comfy bed too!!
