Location across from ballpark with Cardinals theme throughout. Parking down street slight hassle.

This hotel was perfect for our stay to attend a couple of baseball games. Staff was extremely helpful and personable. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous view of Busch stadium! Paying $200 a night for a room should get you a better deal with parking, either free self park voucher or something. We parked ourselves a block away and still had to pay $20 a day. Other Hiltons I've stayed at have a better system in place. Also ridiculous that wifi was not free. But there was a great breakfast buffet downstairs and if you kvetch about the parking they will probably give you the free breakfast voucher.

The hotel was nice and very well located in the middle of pretty much everything in downtown St. Louis. I had not been to the city before so it was good to stay within walking distance of the Arch and the stadium, which has a ton of surrounding restaurants and bars. With the Cardinals in town there was a good atmosphere of people with a lot going on which made it more enjoyable. The downside is the price, as this is definitely one of the most expensive in the area. Since this was a last minute trip and it turned out there were several events going on, this was the only hotel option that was not booked. The rooms and overall service were fairly good, but I don't think they were worth what I paid for them, aside from the fact that they were available. I have stayed in other hotels near city centers with equal service for far less money. The hair dryer in the room didn't work either, which is fine, but we did have to call down to the front desk twice and wait 30 minutes to have one brought up. Also, the valet was less than was expected. I called down for my car before leaving in the morning and when I came down I was handed my key and told it had been brought down and was parked over there. I walked out and didn't see my car, asked a couple valets and finally was pointed in the right direction to my car which was sandwiched between two others that were being loaded with carts and luggage making it impossible to pull out. So I had to wait 5-10 minutes for everything to clear out so I could finally leave. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one that expects to receive service above and beyond what is reasonable, but for $27/night valet fee I should be able to call down and have my car ready to leave when I get there. Overall it was a good trip and we had a great time in the city, but next time I will probably plan ahead and go with one of the less expensive options which, judging by the reviews that I have seen, probably offer equal or better quality.

Attended St. Louis Card's ball game. Hilton went beyond our expectations. Rooms were better then expected. Dinner on 26th floor expressed the ambience of the restaurant and the surrounding view of the downtown. Anyone of the staff we approached always greeted us with a smile and serviced on needs.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi at this hotel were great! I also enjoyed the 360 Rooftop Bar and Restaurant located inside the hotel. My only complaint is that I could hear music playing until sometime around midnight which made it hard to fall asleep.

We stayed at the hilton right across from the arch. We had a room overlooking the river and the arch. Hotel is in a great location and very friendly staff. Room was clean. It's in a walking distance to bunch of restaurants and bars near by. Loved the hotel. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I really enjoyed the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark. The location was excellent and the staff was really friendly. I also liked that there was a Starbucks, yogurt shop and rooftop bar at the hotel. The only downside was some of the staff at the rooftop bar were rude and they stopped serving food earlier than I would have expected for a bar. Also, the bathrooms were on the small side (think door practically on your leg) everytime you used the restroom.

We picked this hotel because we are Cardinal fans and it is so close to the stadium. Little did we know that when we got to our room that it would look right out at Busch Stadium. It was such an awesome surprise that we were lucky enough to get a room that faced that direction! We enjoyed all of the classic Cardinal pictures in the room and around the hotel as well. There are many dining options in and around the hotel. They do not have complementary breakfast but there are many restaurants close by or they offer room service. We ordered room service one night for late dinner, the staff was very polite and had the food to us very quickly. This hotel is in the perfect location to go to the game and bars/shopping around the stadium. We also went to a concert and walked to the Scott Trade Center. We did not have a rental car but recommend one if you will be staying more than a couple days.

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was great. Only thing I wish was difference was the long wait in line to get to the roof top bar. I feel the guests should have VIP access and not have to wait in line

The location of this hotel was the main reason we booked initially, however, it ended up being a great hotel all around. We enjoyed the large size of our king room and the view of the arch. We frequented the club 360 at the top of the hotel for cocktails and really enjoyed the views of the ballpark and surrounding city. The lobby bar was comfortable and the bartenders friendly. We enjoyed a pizza there one night. We enjoyed a nice room service breakfast one morning as well. Many people complained about the strange elevator system at the hotel, but I didn't find it all that difficult to use. The unfortunate thing about it is that they seem to have to have 2 full time employees at the bottom and the top to help people who can't figure it out. We would definitely stay there again.

Although there was not a hotel shuttle, the location was perfect to be close to everything we wanted to do.

We purchased one of the executive room packages that included access to the club level, which provides breakfast and snacks throughout the day including hors dourves in the evening and deserts in the late evening. I was hoping for a few cold beers or a glass of wine, but didn't see that. But the food quality and selection more than made up for it. Room was comfortable but not exceptional. Location for Cardinals games is FANTASTIC!!

last minute weekend trip
