This hotel has everything you need if you're traveling for work or vacation. I loved that I could watch the Baseball game from the roof top bar. The rooms were clean and lots of options for food around the hotel.

My check in time was at 4pm. I wasn’t able to access my room until 7pm because the staff told me the cleaning maids were still working on my room. I had tickets for the cardinals game at 7:15pm and I ended up missing the first 3 innings because I had to wait for my room. Staff did not compensate anything for the delay. It was ridiculous.

Breakfast was great… But both days we went there, we did not have a server… Until we were getting up to leave… Of course… They still wanted gratuity, but that was not going to happen because they did nothing. Our room was small and dated, but it did have a view of the stadium. The door lock was broken. And we informed the front desk when we got there… It was still not fixed by the time we left.. The showerhead was loose… We told them about that as well, but that did not get addressed either.

Over all a great hotel, We stay here every time we come to STL. The rooftop made a delicious cherry cokes for the kids and the restaurant downstairs had great food. This time we were on the 24th floor. It was a bit loud up there do to the roof top bar and grill, but it wasnt bad enough to stop sleep

FIrst off, call before you book! To: 1) Confirm all three of their elevators are actually working. During the trip, one was out of order the entire time. The second one, intermittenly down. The wait was consistently 15-20min. 2) Ask if they have ongoing events. The Masons event went into the weekend, followed by another that they failed to mention when we asked. The staff, depending on who you interacted with, was night and day. Either curt with you - the fromt desk - or actually kind and hospitable - very few people. The positive things, well, they were dwarfed by the disappointment. The last morning, we called at 7:30am and asked for a later checkout. Response: You can do 12pm. Then she abruptly ended the call. At 11am, a knock at the door saying it was checkout time. 11:30am, same thing. 11:45, another knock. Not soon after, a phone call from the front desk - the same rude staff member - stating "checkout was at 11am, you should have left already." When we tried to explain we talked to her earlier this morning, she said "there's no record of that here, so it wasn't approved." Then, another abrupt end to the call. Look elsewhere if you're hoping for a great experience.
This was the shortest line the entir time we were here.

Pool was freezing for the kids. It was more like an ice bath which is disappointing. The room was small but it worked for the family of four. There were some other oddities that made it challenging. For example the parking garage height prevented any larger vehicles from self parking.

Pretty expensive for a hotel whose bathrooms are barely functional. Breakfast and parking are extra charges and there isn’t even complimentary coffee.
