This was a very friendly staff our stay was pleasant from beginning to the end. Thank you

We were disappointed with our stay. We paid for a premium ballpark view, and we were told at check in that they were sold out. We had to stay in a city view room the first night then change rooms to get the ballpark view the second night. We shouldn’t have had to pay the up charge for the room. The city view room was below a staircase or ballroom so the ceiling was constantly filled with loud noise. It was difficult to sleep because of all the noise. We took our children to the indoor pool, but the pool and whirlpool were cold. The pool maintenance person tried to fix the temperature, but it was never hot. There were no clean towels at the pool so we asked for clean towels. They were sent to the pool, but we had to wait 25 minutes.

Love the rooftop bar. Very nice and clean. Great food.

This property is very worn. Mold in bathrooms. Crumbling drywall in the ceiling. Beds are hard, bathroom shower wasn't great. You are really just paying for the awesome location if you want to catch a ball game

Great location. Enjoyed the rooftop bar. Staff was very helpful.

Room had trash from previous occupants, the toilet around the floor was all brown & very dirty. The air-conditioning unit had been leaking and the carpet was wet. Very disappointing for the cost of the room.

Will never stay at the Hilton again. Took 40 minutes to self park for $27. Bathroom in our room was what you’d expect from an $70 a night 2 star hotel. Very small tub shower combo and the shower barely spit out any water. The toilet paper was like cardboard. We parked around 6:30pm Friday and left Saturday at 3:00pm just to be charged an extra $10 for parking because we were there past 2:00pm. So $37 to self park and our car wasn’t even in the parking garage anywhere near a full 24 hours. We usually stay at another hotel right next to the ball park and it’s takes less than 10 minutes to self park. The bathroom is very large with a 2 person shower and separate bathtub. All for the same amount of money as the Hilton.

Great location. Street noise was obnoxious. Not the fault of Hilton, but that thumping base all night irritating. Room not quite Hilton standard.

I liked the location and I thought the room was a good size.

Our room didn’t have a microwave & fridge. We asked for a microwave a couple times. At about 2 am they let us know the microwave they had was not working. It was disappointing that there wasn’t a microwave anywhere around to heat up food.

This location requires customers to wait in line to have access to the elevator. It took 15 minutes of waiting before I could even get to the floor I was on. Upon entering the room, I had purchased the premium view of the stadium. The windows were dirty so the view didn't look so premium. I wanted a bottle of water, the soda machine on the floor was out of water so I elected for a soda. It came out of the machine hot. The beds were sloppily made, looked as though someone had already slept in them.

very close to ballpark village. Easy walk to and from the stadium.

Nice hotel. Great hotel to stay at after a Cardinals game. Wasn’t expecting to pay an additional $40 to park my car overnight. Bring your own pillow. They were terrible. Location location location.

On August 17-19 2018 I stayed at the Hilton at the ballpark in St. Louis MO. After noticing the shower part was broke, black mold on bathroom ceiling and shower grout cracks. I went and made a complaint to the hotel manager ( tall slim white male.) The manager told me he could credit my account of $75 to their hotel bar/restaurant ( which I didn’t want ). I showed the hotel manager my pictures and a video that I made and he just said I’m sorry. There was suppose to be a house keeper come clean it up the next day, but never did. Just note these 2 nights cost me over $500.00. I can’t belive the hotel ( staffs) reaction room 1108 city view. Reminder I had my fiancé and 2 children with me
