Hilton apparently believes that Covid gives them an excuse to not provide quality service. Their room rates do not reflect their lack of employees/service right now.

Glass shards in hall outside room door. AC unit quit working in the middle of the night so we woke up sweating. It would kick on for a short time then shut off again. Wall controls wouldn’t control AC unit.

This property was horrible. I was so upset. The worse service. It looked like drug dealers and prostitute were hanging in front of the building. Begging for lights for cigarette. The valet was full. You had to pat across the street in a parking garage and it was raining. We had to walk about 4 blocks to get from the garage. I would not recommend this hotel or ever stay on one of their properties.

Nice view. Breakfast buffet was nice. Starbuck is downstairs. But trashcans didn't have the trash bag.

We were sad that the pool was closed early and did not open till 2pm the next day but location, cleanliness and the room top bar was great.

This was a very friendly staff our stay was pleasant from beginning to the end. Thank you

We were disappointed with our stay. We paid for a premium ballpark view, and we were told at check in that they were sold out. We had to stay in a city view room the first night then change rooms to get the ballpark view the second night. We shouldn’t have had to pay the up charge for the room. The city view room was below a staircase or ballroom so the ceiling was constantly filled with loud noise. It was difficult to sleep because of all the noise. We took our children to the indoor pool, but the pool and whirlpool were cold. The pool maintenance person tried to fix the temperature, but it was never hot. There were no clean towels at the pool so we asked for clean towels. They were sent to the pool, but we had to wait 25 minutes.

Love the rooftop bar. Very nice and clean. Great food.

This property is very worn. Mold in bathrooms. Crumbling drywall in the ceiling. Beds are hard, bathroom shower wasn't great. You are really just paying for the awesome location if you want to catch a ball game

Great location. Enjoyed the rooftop bar. Staff was very helpful.

Room had trash from previous occupants, the toilet around the floor was all brown & very dirty. The air-conditioning unit had been leaking and the carpet was wet. Very disappointing for the cost of the room.

Will never stay at the Hilton again. Took 40 minutes to self park for $27. Bathroom in our room was what you’d expect from an $70 a night 2 star hotel. Very small tub shower combo and the shower barely spit out any water. The toilet paper was like cardboard. We parked around 6:30pm Friday and left Saturday at 3:00pm just to be charged an extra $10 for parking because we were there past 2:00pm. So $37 to self park and our car wasn’t even in the parking garage anywhere near a full 24 hours. We usually stay at another hotel right next to the ball park and it’s takes less than 10 minutes to self park. The bathroom is very large with a 2 person shower and separate bathtub. All for the same amount of money as the Hilton.

Great location. Street noise was obnoxious. Not the fault of Hilton, but that thumping base all night irritating. Room not quite Hilton standard.
