It’s across the bridge to the chiefs and royals. But the pool was out of order after they told us it was at check in and the desk manager was not people friendly. The free breakfast was good.

An unresponsive staff and poor service

The hotel refuses to offer any accommodation in response to the staff throwing out brand new medications that were in the room and that their staff tossed into garbage while I was off getting lunch. This from a hotel that I have consistently stayed at. It's just really frustrating that there is zero responsibility on the part of the hotel for any of their actions while wanting to make receiving a deposit back an ongoing week-long experience with every stay. Do not stay here as it's a fraudulent operation.

A hotel built to nickel and dime you

The staff of the hotel is frankly unresponsive and unconcerned with repeat business. It could be considered fraud the way they operate. You can expect to receive no deposit back after you're gone and they will provide zero communication as they charge $100 for washing your sheets. You'll wait for days and be given the runaround looking for your deposit and only if you press them will you find out that they make money off the back of business travelers and keeping your deposit. This from a hotel that has consistently thrown out medications and recently purchased items that their staff found in your room while you were gone. Only to be told that the cleaning staff thought it was trash. It's a truly awful experience and I cannot describe how much you should not stay here.

The morning breakfast was good. Some staff was helpful but other staff appeared to have a problem understanding english. The toilet in my ran, i had to remove lid and adjust handle to get it to stop. I think, i am not absolutely sure that one day my room was not cleaned.

BEDBUGS!!!! STAY AWAY

We went to this hotel because the proximity to the stadiums, but regret choosing it as it had BEDBUGS. We were staying in room 229 and once we noticed it ( it was late around 11pm), we went to the front desk to let them know and ask for another room. The front desk person told us the hotel was all sold out and no other rooms but that they would refund a night stay but we needed to talk to the morning supervisor the next day. However we were leaving the next day really early (at 5am) and wouldn't be able to talk to the supervisor named Ashley. He reassured us that he would talk to her and that a refund would be processed on our credit card. It's been over 3 weeks and still no refund on our credit card. Avoid the hassle and book somewhere else unless you want to deal with bringing bed bugs back home.
