The food says served until 10 but in reality it’s 9:30. Got back to our room and tried to order room service to be told that food was no longer being made. But they’d see about some chips and salsa. This has nothing to do with the hotel side, the restaurant just wanted to close their kitchen even tho they serve drinks until 11… they pigeonhole you into having to use their valet because they don’t even tell you where you can park. But if you want your vehicle between 11 pm and 7 am you are out of luck. The valet closes down at 11 they decided that so does your personal vehicle. Other than that, take a couple sleeping pills and move on the next day.

Parking isn't easy, no onsite parking. Valet parking is $40 or park it yourself in a nearby parking garage for $20. Others a great place to stay. Excellent location. Walking distance from the midland and T-Mobile center.

Gentleman who checked us in was very attentive and friendly. Gave us a couple drink vouchers for being a rewards member. Great location with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Really nice bar and restaurant on property. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to any friend or family.

The hotel itself was nice, but I will not be returning because my car windshield was vandalized overnight while the valet service had it. This was the only parking option available aside from unaffiliated lots nearby.

Nice/Clean hotel

Property is very nice and clean and the front desk was helpful. The issue I have is that the property is on a hill and upon arrival I walked inside to look for a luggage cart. I was pointed to around the corner where they were located. I returned to my car and struggled to get the luggage out of the car without the cart rolling down the hill. I witnessed another single mother attempting to check in and struggling with her cart and child so I lended a hand. Once inside I observed several employees sitting in the lobby chairs playing on their phones. This did not sit well with me. It would be nice for the hotel to provide someone to assist guests getting their luggage into the hotel due to the area you need to unload.

The front desk staff and valet staff were very informative and friendly. The restaurant, Dott Boss, offers incredible meals. In fact, I will definitely have to come back just for the banana bread French toast! The staff in the restaurant truly were so lovely. The brown sugar lattes will forever live rent free in my head. The proximity to the KC Streetcar is a real boon as well!
