St. Louis Union Station Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

The integration of the hotel into the major railroad station has created a very pleasant and memorable ambiance. It is a unique combination of modern architecture and railroad nostalgia.

This place is HUGE and has a wonderful lobby area with light shows hourly in the evening. Staff was friendly even though they were very busy.

This hotel is in the building that originally was union station. It is a beautiful old building with a lot of history.

Stayed for 2 nights and never got the room made up! Returned to hotel after leaving at 10am at about 5pm and room had not been made up. Requested service as we left again at 6p.m. And was assured that it would be taken care of- when we returned bed still unmade and garbage full. For over $200 a night I expect better. Hotel was run better when it was a Doubletree.

Wonderful stay! Lovely hotel, friendly staff, very clean room with an amazing comfortable bed! I was able to check in early which allowed me to freshen up prior to leaving for my event. Extremely friendly staff - ALL staff. The only negative is the fee for parking. One night was OK but if I stayed multiple nights, it would have been extremely expensive. I look forward to my next visit!

We stayed here because it was close to the concert venue and for the buildings history. How awesome! We ate dinner in what was the main terminal of the train station and the original facade was still there. What was the exterior wall of the station in now inside since they built an auditorium as an addition. You could see where each train line came in and out of the station. It is so neat to imagine how many millions of people came through that station. The rooms were wonderful and very clean and modern. Am planning on coming back with the grandkids to stay a weekend.

Friendly staff that responds quickly to your requests. Building is historical beautiful.

This is by far the most beautiful hotel i have ever stayed in. The architecture the furnishings are amazing.

We stayed for three nights in a junior suite. There were four of us (two adults, two children). It was comfortable. There is a very large dirt area next to the pool that appears to be under construction. It will be interesting to see what that turns into. The layout is a little odd, as it's an expansive space and it's merged with what used to be a mall and a train station. So there's a lot of walking to get to your room, the pool, etc. But it's beautiful, the food is very good in the restaurants, and the staff are very friendly.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our 3rd anniversary. We paid for a Deluxe room which was the renovated room. I honestly was expecting more...I was ready to be 'wow'ed for the price we paid, but it was just NICE. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and proximity to restaurants and bars was good. We walked the whole weekend. The hotel was also on the parade route which was cool. However, we normally don't pay over $400 for a 2-night hotel stay, so we probably won't be back. But I would recommend staying at least once in your lifetime.

There's really nothing to complain about. The weather was the only thing was terrible, but the hotel staff did all they could to make things as best as they could do.

Our room was not ready for 2.5 hrs past check-in time, they had to move us and break up our group because of the delays - considering we were there for our family Christmas while my son was on military leave this was very disappointing . Then after a long day and very long walk back to our room our keys did not work. Both very disappointing and frustrating events . The positive was the responsiveness of management attempting to make it right. They comped our breakfast and parking. We understand things happen and thank you for the attempts at service recovery-we just would have preferred a better overall experience for our stay.

Pleasantly surprised. The location was convenient to mass transit that got us to and from our event venue.

Staff was great, very accommodating. Wonderful hotel. Definitely will stay there again

The room was nice enough, but the staff at the bar seemed put out that I didn't open a tab. They had to be asked to come back when we wanted another drink and to place a food order even though they knew we wanted to order food. The room was kept clean. When I asked questions from the front desk they didn't help much. My key card only worked off and on. I will look for a different hotel the next time I travel.

Very convenient walk to Scottrade Center for the Blues game. Easy access to restaurants and entertainment.

I look forward to returning, the staff, the hot cookies, the variety of eateries at your fingertip was wonderful

Loved the hotel, the pool and the club room. Staff was very friendly

We LOVED the St. Louis union station! It was so beautiful! We stayed in one of the executive rooms with complimentary breakfast & evening appetizers & they didn't disappoint! Hard Rock Cafe was delish! We will definitely stay there again! The room was very clean & the air works great! No bad reviews!

what a great historical building!!

Everyone
The main terminal which features a full service bar and menu and a light show with commentary Projectors from different angles feature a history of the building. Narration is by John Goodman, a Missouri Native!
