Friendliest staff I've come across. Specifically Zach the F and B director. Nicest hotel I have stayed at. As a fellow hospitality worker, I could learn a thing or 2 from every member of their staff. Top notch experience!

Great place to visit will do it again

Basic service like house keeping is now made optional. Only by request. Checkin front desk staff were very arrogant. When i called to find out why the room was not serviced, they adopted a "its our policy take it or leave it" attitude. Even after i filed a request fkr cleaning the housekeeping personel didnt show up. Had to call and argue andndemand and only then they showed up. Even then one person came with a windex and one spare fresh towel in hand. Electric outlets for half thebroom not working. TV, coffee table lamp not working. Bathroom flush also gave problems. Front desk person made tongue in cheek comments that i need to out on glasses before i read their brochure with details on breakfast options. Location is great. But hotel service and facilities are rotting.

Very beautiful hotel!!!

The people on staff were friendly , warm, kind, and helpful. The property was well maintained but you could tell the current economy is causing some struggle. There was plenty to do and we had a blast. However, I can’t say enough about the people. They made up for any shortcomings.

Great location but that’s all. The hotel is very dated. The bed felt like an old mattress with uneven spots. The wallpaper behind the toilet was peeling off the wall. The shower drain backed up a bit. Worst part was that our room wasn’t ready until 9pm!! Check in is at 4pm, that is 5 hours late! This significantly impacted our plans. Also, only one of our room keys worked and the only that did was inconsistent. In such a massive hotel, walking to the front desk is a trek. We will not be staying here again, unless changes are made. There are many other hotels very very close and also within walking distance of all the attractions in the area.

Beautiful historic hotel with lots to do around the area!!

Union Station St Louis hotel lobby, atrium, restaurant area was great and beautiful. When checking in, the hotel associate didn’t explain any amenities or anything about the restaurants. Got to my room and noticed a noise coming from the heating and air until. Bell hop associate called for maintenance. Maintenance seem to fix the issue but noise came back later into the night. The room itself was clean but basic. I was expecting a little more considering staying at Union Station owned by Hilton and the price I paid for the room. Room had a very small refrigerator and no microwave. Parking was inconvenient, a far walk from the hotel and had to pay $35 per day to park at the hotel I’m staying. That seems ridiculous

The hotel lobby and dining areas were awesome, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms smelled musty even though it stated they were clean - mattress was uncomfortable - Loved the other areas of the Hotel due to the condition of the rooms - for the price Would not sleep there again - might revisit the Union Station park again

The atmosphere and adjoining Union Station Activities was awesome. Dining areas were exceptional. For the price the rooms smelled musty but were clean. Access for w/c's was not good. Pull out beds were terrible - uncomfortable. Rooms were disappointing - glad we saw everything there but would not stay again.

I would definitely not recommend staying here with children! We had a terrible experience and everyone we talked to had the same. Check in was a good 20 minute process, took the insane trek to our room and keys didn’t work. We know this can happen, picked up the phone in the hall and no answer. Back down to the desk I go.. massive line. No one around to help! Finally get keys and get to the room. Massive wet spot in the middle of the room. No linens for the pull out couch. Tried calling again.. no luck. Tried to go down to get info for dinner and linens, massive line again. They have NO ONE to just help with questions, all you can do is wait 20 minutes in line. I gave up and luckily ran into an engineer in the hallway. She said good luck getting anyway to ever answer the phones. Thankfully she was very nice and at least tried to help answer food questions. It was insanely challenging to find places to eat that didn’t have a 3 hour wait. We finally just ate down in the hall and got a bunch of appetizers. The next morning we went to the Starbucks to try and get some breakfast. Only one person working. Took me 45 minutes to get through line and the only breakfast items were pre packaged muffins. The guy working was very nice and doing the best he could. Hotel is insanely understaffed! Customer service was rough, no one to just help field questions. Would not recommend at all!

They only have 1 restaurant that’s open for breakfast and closed for lunch and dinner.

I love that ots connected to union station fun things .just walk to all the fun
