Not even a bottle of water in the overpriced room nor paper towels in kitchen. Creamer for coffee was expired. Staff just said it was an “oversight”. Not even an apology or offer to give fresh creamer.

This hotel was located in mid-town of STL, just around a 4 minute drive away from downtown STL attractions. The rooms are unique. Each floor has it's own color. Guest get to pick the color vibe of their room with each reservation. Rooms are nice and clean. Paid parking available for guests during the stay. The Roof top views were amazing with nightly entertainment. On site food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available for guests. We enjoyed our stay. 10/10 Recommend. Friendly Staff, Art displays throughout, and a very Welcoming Hotel.
Our complimentary dessert at CommonWealth for our wedding anniversary was very delicious!

I was a bit irked that the gated surface lot was open to the public, but it made sense after visiting the rooftop bar. The room was small, but was fine for my solo travels. Rooftop bar was fun. I was also frustrated that the restaurant hours were listed, but their kitchen closed at 9pm (overall closes at 11pm).

Unique, fun hotel. We stayed in a yellow king suite, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Impressive Artwork on the first and 12th floor/hotel lobby floor by local artists. Rooftop bar with amazing views is not to be missed. Walk to Fox theater and Grand Arts Center and St. Louis University campus.

Very convenient to awesome arts area. Housekeeping never came during 3 night stay, despite us being out by 10 am the second day. They dropped off towels after a second request but didn’t take the old ones. Not sure what was going on this weekend because this is usually a great place to stay for us.

This is my first stay here under the Hilton brand. They certainly have kinks to work out. I've stayed there 4 times when it was an independent hotel. The colorful rooms are spacious and provide the perfect energy for a fun time. Each prior experience there was a 5. The primary reason for the 4 rating this year is a result of the room cleaning team - failure to empty the trash and failure to take dirty glasses and replace with clean. This happened twice during a 3 night stay. In addition the restaurant was poorly staffed. My family and I were there for a staycation for a 3 day music festival. I'm looking forward to next year's festival and hope the kinks from the transition have been worked out by then.
