The house was clean and well cared for. The bed was comfortable. The house was well stocked. The hot water was out one morning, but the host had it corrected within an hour. There's a side door that can be closed off, we didn't even know he was there. Very responsive and kind! There's only one bathroom, which was a small inconvenience. But this was a great place for us and our two boys.

This was the cutest little house! The beds were comfortable, there were slides by the doorway so we don’t have to walk around barefoot, the bathroom was spotless, there was a washer and drier we could use. They left us snacks and bottles of water. Every room had a fan and a tv, (can’t sleep without a fan). We just signed into Netflix and It felt like a home away from home! Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful cozy house, very clean and comfortable. Host was very available and accommodating. The host left water and fruit for us, which was very appreciated after a day of travel. The kitchen was large and well stocked. Very clean modern bath. Check in was easy and convenient. Close to Wash U and easy access to the city. Would stay again.

We've staying in a LOT of rentals and this is probably THE CLEANEST place we've ever stayed! It is also a very quiet neighborhood with comfy beds so we got great sleep. Highly recommend!

Miles made everything very easy. The home was nice and clean. It was daughter’s birthday, and he left a card for her. He left some bananas, snacks and water. The freezer also had ice so having a couple drinks before our concert was easy. Would definitely stay again

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have NEVER stayed in a cleaner, more well kept place ever. Host was amazing and very responsive. Perfect place to stay while we visit family. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Our First Time to Air B&B

Everything was as advertised and found the experience great at this location. The owner was very responsive when i had a question and received answers within 15-20 minutes and sometimes less. Was our first time doing Air B&B and will be doing it more moving forward.

Beware! Nice Stay but undisclosed cameras

Place was clean and tidy. Issues with thermostat- we would turn thermostat down but upon returning to house, thermostat would always be set 3-5 degrees higher than when we left. We had lots of suspicion that there were undisclosed cameras in or around the property.
