Nice facility. Convenient location. But their room thermostats are from the 1970s. Impossible to set correct temp. Need an upgrade.

Nice hotel and is close to everything. The metro train, baseball stadium, the Gateway Arch, restaurants and parking. $25 self park $35 valet.

The hotel location is just for baseball. The staff was inefficient. The first room had not been cleaned and lacked a view and the second room only a had a view of a parking garage. The room was large but everything - fridge and television - stressed additional charges. Likewise, parking & breakfast was too expensive. Because we had booked through Orbitz we could not obtain a refund when we needed to leave one day early.

Great room with huge glass shower and a separate bath tub to relax in!

The hotel is in decent conditions but I think the cleaning staff is not doing a good job. We notice that everything needs a deep cleaning including the coffee maker it was disgusting . We ask for a refrigerator in our room and when we first came into the room we noticed we didn't have one so I ask for one in the front desk and the one we got was dirty and not cooling. We are very disappointed

No hotel parking available all of their self park lots full.

Great and spacious room. Across the street from Busch stadium. Loved my experience! Thank you Westin!

Room was nice but the bed was worn out. I think it's time for new beds.

They won't tell you but they will charge your credit card to park. No free parking. $20-30. No free internet! Are we in the dark ages?!

Very nice & clean hotel. Staff was also great! Location was fantastic!

Let me start by saying the staff was very nice, professional and helpful from the door man to the housekeeping staff but I think the Westin chain needs to revamp this hotel. On the positive, our king bed room was fabulously large but dated. Their were no USB ports or MP3/ipod compatible clock radio in the room yet they had 3 desk phones. The internet was $11.95/24 hours (standard service) or $14.95/24 hours (high speed) and the $11.95 service was frustratingly slow and continued to drop service. Even with all 6 light switchs the room was dark even the bathroom only had 1 light which made it difficult to apply makeup. The bathroom was large having a tub and a separate shower (which was wonderful) however, the toiletries were 'white tea' scented (whatever that is). Everything was this scent (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar soap) and it was a odd smell so we ended up using our own. The hotel is pushing 'power foods' and healthy living so the room service menu items were non traditional (and didn't sound very appetizing). We arrived at 4pm on Friday and got the last parking space in the lot, everyone after had to park 'down the street' and still pay the same $20/day fee.

It was excellent the service was great and the hotel staff was extremely friendly I love this location

Wasn't what I expected from a Westin staff. Staff was rude and extremely impatient

They need better prices on food they are crazy. The waitress needs to pay attention to what a customers order, mom could have what ever she wanted on the menu just because your a senior citizen doesn't mean your dead can't order for yourself. They want to make real money get a good menu going I will recommend you to every one they are higher than the stadium.

Staff was top notch... Restaurant was good and the location was great.

Great experience! Location to Scot Trade Center and Joe Bucks perfect for us!

Our GSA at check in was exquisite. That night i went to the front desk for a soda and had to wait just a couple of seconds and the person said "Please it is on us".

My experience atThe Westin was amazing! Very clean and spacious. My better half and I used every inch of the room for our weekends away from the rest of the world. Will definitely revisit to relive it again!!

the best....food and staff was the best...made to feel good abourt staying as will return again...

The $19 parking caught me off guard and the cleaning crew awoke us despite leaving the do not disturb sign up. Despite this, the hotel itself was phenomenal.
