The lobby and the elevators look nice and great. The hallways to the rooms and the rooms are not the cleanest and outdated.

The staff went above and beyond. They were very friendly and helped my family have an amazing experience in St Louis!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although the property is older it was comfortable. The bed was comfy and linens were clean. Overall our stay was nice and I would recommend for those looking for an affordable price. Definitely book on Orbitz as the price is much cheaper than booking through the hotel.

Good location for event at Enterprise Center

DO NOT STAY HERE. The nastiest hotel I’ve ever been to. We had to get a different hotel. There was dried vomit on the couch and even a bloody bandaid in the elevator.

Checked in for suppose to be 2 nights, security on duty was eating infront of lobby and looks drunk. One staff is friendly the other one wasn’t. Walked in to the room and surprised how dirty the carpet looks like with stain, old lamp we rented two rooms some lamp needs bulb change, room is very dark, creepy, very uncomfortable ambiance, we decided to check out after 4hrs due to some weird feeling from the room. Very unsanitary and unsatisfied and horrified! Cancelled the room for next day but they still charged me, cant get hold of anybody to get a refund!

The room was far roomier than we would ever had imagined.

Bad smells. Rooms do not look like the pictures at all. There were crusty stains on the floor, actual brown and grey dirt stains on the sofa. A blood stain on the chair. The furniture is from the 80s and haven’t been cleaned since then either. The hall ways were super dirty on every level, I know that because the vending machines were broken on every level and they didn’t have complimentary water bottles. I saw cigarette butts, random pills, and chip back on the hallways floors. Eventually the elevevator stopped working and wouldn’t open so we had to take our two small kids up a few flights on very dirty stairs. The hotel staff are so rude and careless too. The only decent thing was the sun deck that has those pretty strong lights but those didn’t even turn on. I called the front desk to turn them on and they said okay and then just didn’t do it. They don’t have valet parking any more either, haven’t for two years but that doesn’t even matter compared to everything else. The smell is really what got to me. Oh and one of the lights in the room was like a stove light and the hotel staff said it happens sometimes lmao. I feel like orbits LIED to me with the pictures and decent reviews because I asked other people how there room in there and they said “uhhh not to great haha smells very bad very dirty” so, orbitz must pay for their decent reviews. Like this is a 1 star hotel at best.

Property was run down! Room was not very clean. Won’t stay again.

Bedbugs checked out early hotel refused to give refund after showing videos of the bed bugs

The building was old which made it cool but areas were coming down outside. The parking garage was tight

Awesome place if you can look beyond the little dings to the room. Pool is huge and the location is close enough to everything. A bit dated but great for the price, got upgraded to a suite for no charge.

The sheets were clean - we checked with a blacklight. But the wallpaper was falling down and the carpet was coming up. The carpet was also filthy. Right across from bus station.

This place is terrible never go here trust me. Disgusting rooms that were never clean and terrible customer service.

The place was filthy, there were hair clips left in the bed. When asking for a new/ clean room the staff laughed and said they are all the same. The things they say they offer are closed on the weekends, such as coffee, no coffee in room.

Well, I have a lot to say about this hotel.... I stayed there a night before memorial day, the check in was easy and a very friendly staff, but as soonest we got to the room we noticed a strange odor, room was clean and neat, but the carpet its very old and have stains all over, but like I said, the room was clean, comfy bed and very clean sheets, very specious room. Things got a little bad when I decide to take a shower, after driving for hours I really wanted to take a shower, but for my surprise there was no HOT WATER, I took a shower with COLD WATER, I said.. wel maybe they'll fix this issue later. So me and friend went out for a couple hours and came back to the hotel.. I wanted to take a shower before bed and guess what.. NO HOT WATER still... that was so disappointing, personally I don't really like to take a shower with cold water, not even in the summer. The next day before leaving the hotel i decide to take a shower and again... NO HOT WATER... bummer lol. I took a shower anyways, jumping, screaming, shaking, because this time the water was super cold lol. I've stayed in so many hotels but even the smallest hotel have hot water. if you ask me if I recommend this hotel.. my answer is NO, Im sure you can find something better for almost the same price. Thank you al for reading my review. Sincerely, Chicago Traveler

Price for parking was $25, room key didn’t work when leaving garage. Paid $25 at hotel for parking as well as an additional $22 when leaving the garage due to key not working. When we entered our room, a man came out of the bathroom. He said he was an employee “checking the bathrooms”.
