Came to see the arch and eat bbq. Both within walking distance.

Hotel is showing some age but nice enough mid-range stay. We were disappointed to have a room where the the view was literally a wall and were right by the elevator noise (floor 5). These rooms should be discounted if they’re going to be offered to guests. Pool is nice and warm and breakfast food is average/pretty good and great to have included. Location is walkable to a lot of attractions and parking is pricey in addition to your room. Would stay again on a different floor.

Will NEVER stay here again. Had multiple issues but the biggest issue was safety. The hotel staff check our room out to another guest after we were already in our room. We were in bed watching tv when people opened our door and started walking in. Super scary situation for everyone involved. We cut our trip short and checked out the next morning. The hotel did refund our money.

The hotel is ok. However the internet is bad.

It was an ok stay. Was supposed to have a room with a view and instead got a wall to look at. Was charged for wifi when I shouldn’t of been. But besides that room was nice, pool was decent and has a view of the arch. TIP: pool is on the 5th floor and all rooms there have a pull out sofa but NO VIEW! If you need a pull out sofa bed you have no view. Just fyi.

Much closer to good food options. Easy walk to city museum!

10 min walk to arch tour, lots of restaurants near by, hotel is excellent

Neighborhood was sketchy. Homeless folks asking for money. Scary for me as I walked to the Arch several times and I am traveling slone and 62 years old. Never felt safe

The parking was fine but the staff told us before checking in the restaurant was a good place to need and the restaurant was closed due to covid. We felt that was to get us to stay there and we never got any trash bags so we cleaned our own room. Was not happy overall!

The location was great especially since it was walking distance to the gateway arch. The only thing that bothered me was that I wasn't aware there was a parking fee. Other than that everything was perfect.

Shower adjustment was broken. Breakfast was good and various prepared.

Wasn’t the clean property it claimed to be, found items in the floor of the room like sunflower seeds and beer caps

The hotel was beautiful.. nice staff and perfect little getaway
