check-in was 4 pm and they should have had a sign-in sheet because we waited 20 minutes until 4 to check-in and then two people got in front of us even though we were the first ones there, and they took another 30 minutes to check-in. And one of the rooms we booked wasn't ready at 4:30 because they were behind in cleaning them. The hot tub was hot enough, but there were screws coming out of the covers on the bottom.
I sent 3 email without getting a response back . Dont feel its going to help to waste my time with yet amother .
They charged or credit card several times without permission and very Dirty toilets .too much of noises at night . Never recommended this place.

I'm sorry you had to wait for checkin, we were doing our best to get all rooms cleaned by 4pm. We were not trying to put people in front of you it just happened that the room they were going to was finished and ready. We do our best to have arrival rooms ready by 4pm. Sadly we had a guest who thought it would be amusing to unscrew the cap covers on the hot tub, I apologize for this. We fixed the issue once we were made aware both times.
