Ask for something it was done immediately. Location overlooking the Plaza us second to none.

Great quaint hotel fabulous location-- easy to go shop and walk to dinner Love this hotel

It's a beautiful hotel and the staff is great. The location is excellent: you are within walking distance to the entire Plaza.

The room was clean, well-appointed, and the location was excellent for a weekend on the Plaza.

Gracious living at its best! Food at restaurant and room service was great! Personal professional attention from checkin to checkout . Great place to go to recharge!

The hotel was very clean and has an excellent staff. The hotel bar and restaurant "Chaz," is very nice with good food and drinks. They have a nice live band there over the weekend. I would stay here again if I am ever back in Kansas City.

We stayed in the presidential suite, which was superb! Only wish was that it was on a higher floor and that our view was of the plaza and not the back of the hotel. Need more underground parking!

We love The Raphael and this was our second stay this year.It is lovely, intimate and feels like staying in a beautiful home with friends. Will definitely return whenever we are in KC.

This is the only hotel I consider when in Kansas City.I

From check in to check out, the staff was amazing, the hotel comfortable, and the room well maintained. Free wifi and parking, so a much better deal than the hotel across the street.

Perfect from start to finish..... Great room, friendly staff. We will stay again.

I recently took a business trip where I assisted a person with disabilities while he was on his vacation. We booked our hotel rooms with [...]. I do alot of business travel arangements throughout the year... [...]makes everything easier for me. Service at the hotel was great, staff & valet were very helpful with everything from type of room selection for persons with handicaps to vehicle and parking management. The scalpeling draping the entire front of the building was not visually pleasing, but the interior elegance and the great service made it hardly noticeable. We did a lot of sight-seeing and visited numerous hobby shops. Overrall it was a grand experience.

This is an alternative to the Intercontinental across the street. Small and quiet, with a better restaurant. Good for business travelers and couples. No pool. Formerly an apartment building, so room sizes and configurations vary, but rooms have all been updated to first class standards.

Excellent stay, staff was great!

You really can't go wrong staying at the Raphael Hotel on the Plaza. The staff were all very pleasant and the room was very nice. The only thing that I would have done different was to upgrade to get a room with a view of the Plaza. They had a string quartet playing on the patio, which was a classy touch. We couldn't have asked for anything more of our stay.

Exceptional property. Outstanding rooms. Receently remodeled. Exceeded my expectaions.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was upgraded to a suite. An all around wonderfull hotel. Do take note that the noise level is high at alllevels of night (especially when near plaza and on first floor). The plaza is a hot night spot in kc. And is loud due to the heavy traffic even at 6 am. I would stay here again just not on the first floor.

It was a lovely hotel and the staff was great. I loved being within walking distance of the Plaza. My only negavtive was the bed was too soft for my bad back, but my boyfriend loved the bed and thought it was perfect. I loved the tub and shower head and they provide bath crystals, too.

Able to visit the plaza shopping district with great selection of food. Able to taxi to all downtown hot spots.

Great location near the Plaza. Walk is easy to shops and restaurants. Hotel restaurant was very good. Staff was always helpful. Great parking options - although you never really need your car. Rooms are updated and very clean and quiet. Elevator is small and slow but this is the single drawback that probably cannot be changed as this hotel was built many years ago. Use the stairs - get some exercise! This hotel is worth it. Will stay again any time in Kansas City.
