I checked in. I slept. I left. Pretty much fulfilled my needs.
Great stay during the holidays, close to Plaza for dining, shopping, and holiday lights.
Was just a quick stop over, but was nice. We would recommend to a friend.
The hotel was very clean and great location if guests want to be in the plaza area. I t would be nice if the hotel offers shuttle service to other entertainment neighborhoods such as Westport or P&L District. Overall hotel staff was nice and friendly.
It was a busy weekend for KC and the hotel was packed. Overall, the service was good - very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Additionally, our room was impeccably clean. Luckily we self-parked our rental car, because there seemed to be a new valet crew who seemed like they were still trying to get the hang of it. Hotel was in a nice location, just off the Plaza and a little cheaper than other Plaza hotels. We like to walk, so we were able to easily walk to the Plaza and a little bit longer to Westport area.
We selected this hotel based on it's location, many hotels were sold out this past weekend around the plaza. We've stayed at several nicer Marriott properties in the past. The room was clean but the hotel is dated and loud. Popcorn ceilings and stale common areas were probably the biggest complaints. You can also hear conversations from the hall quite easily from within the room. We had a decent experience and room service breakfast was good. Also nice that they have a Starbucks on site.
My wife & I found this to be a very average hotel in need of room upgrades. And although it's listed as the Country Club Plaza, it's a couple block walk to the western edge.
Really great experience from the moment we walked in the staff was super helpful and friendly.
Nice hotel located very close to the Country Club Plaza. The staff is very helpful and nice. Room was great, clean and spacious. I would recommend valet parking as it is limited in the area. However watch pricing as the room is not cheap.
Staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay here every time we are in KC.
ok for a night or two the shuttle to the plaza forgot us. The internet is 10 should be free.
We had a very nice time. The staff were great. We like the Country Club Plaza area in KC.
Couldnt ask for a nicer crew! Amenities were outstanding. The breakfast is a must
Great customer service. Very nice rooms. Kid friendly pool area.
It was very nice hotel, clean and pleasant staff. I just hated how you have to turn in. It cause too much traffic. It needs to go faster in the valet parking so people that are self parking won't get their car hit by other people driving.
I arrived at the hotel and properly greeted. The staff watched and later parked my vehicle. One hour later, I called for my car and it was waiting for me. After a great night at the theater, the staff parked my car and directed to a club more entertainment. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly! I highly reccomend this place. I will stay there in the future.
We spent the weekend in Kansas City. We spent a lot of time at the Plaza shopping and eating. This hotel was fantastic. They had a shuttle that would take it to the plaza at a moments notice. We went to the museum as well. And every restaurant recommendation he gave us was a good one. The only reason we didn't stay longer is because they were full.
The Marriiot Country Club Plaza is a real treat... if you want to be pampered and well taken care u=of!
The staff at the Marriott were alert, attentive, and knew what I wanted before I did and that extended all the way to the coffee shop to the maintenance people. The front desk was able to accommodate our every wish. The rooms were clean and well appointed.
Had a lovely stay. All staff was very nice and understanding.
