The hall was noisy late at night and the beds were uncomfortable. We woke up with back pain. No continental breakfast. The best part was the airport shuttle which made things convenient. I would not go back.

The girl that checked us in seemed bothered that we were there to check in. She didn’t tell us where anything was. We had to go back and ask where the elevators were. The hotel in general was dirty. We weren’t given any information about the restaurant or breakfast or shuttles to the airport. Out shuttle driver was great, but that’s about it.

Four Points is the best! The staff is amazing. We stayed during a snowstorm. The shuttle picked us up quickly at the airport, the front desk staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. The onsite restaurant was wonderful with good food and drinks on a snowy night.

Within just a few minutes of my arrival the staff at the front desk had verified with me the duration of my stay, reconciled my room payment and set up a credit amount for any additional services I might need. They also asked if in the morning I would require shuttle service to the airport and a wake up call? I answered yes to both questions their follow up question was, what time would I like these arrangements scheduled for in the morning. I also had dinner from the restaurant food good enough that two hours later I went back and ordered dessert. All around, including the room being clean, tidy, and ready for my arrival. I would say that the staff delivered excellence in every aspect of their service with the effortless and professional expertise of those who do it every day. Respectfully
